They ALWAYS get the order correct and best of all, the burgers are fantastic..
I placed a online order on 11/15 at 4:19pm and my burger was THEEEE BEST WHOPPER I’ve had in a LONG TIME.. the meat & condiments were extremely fresh, the pickles were extra crunchy.. I gotta have pickles on my sandwich.. and they made it EXACTLY as requested.. if you love Burger King, visit this location.. You’ll be happy you did.. TRUST ME..

When trying to put my order tpday the AI or automatic ordering machine did not pick up my words or order. After transferring me to a team memeber i told her my order and as well she could not hear me. Seems there is an issue with the hardware or microphone of the device and will need to be replaced. This seems like the 5th or 6th time i have asked for this location to have microphone replaced. Overall, the food is good and the team memebers attend me as needed but the hardware here needs an update. Had to yell my order so that the team memeber can listen to what i had to say. This causes issues with service and will need to be updated accordingly.

Used the restroom to wash my hands and there paper all over the floor with poo on it. Also poo in the urinal. The restaurant itself looks like it isn’t maintained. Floors not mopped, trash everywhere and the tables are all dirty. There are also buckets to catch drips from the ceiling. This place is as tacky as can be! Gave 2 stars (instead of just one) because the French fries are cooked perfectly, but the service here is below average.

I came at 7 AM in the morning. The lady was rude because she had to open the door and he clearly says Sundays on 7 AM they open she didn’t let me use my card every time my card even got next to the machine. She canceled it very rude very racist, lady. She was older South American Latina lady. I never had this bad experience at this particular restaurant, but this is terrible that she does this to people.
