Ordered the two egg breakfast but didn’t want the meat. She was happy to oblige. (Photo below.) The eggs were perfect, coffee was great. The “crispy” hashbrowns were not as crispy and the toast was not as toasted as I prefer. I will need to remember this and mention it when ordering next time. The $9.99 breakfast was marked down to $7.59. With the cost of a side of bacon at $5.00 and the same meal on the Kid’s Menu at $4.99 I was surprised with the discounted price. (An observation not a complaint.) The bottomless cup of coffee was $3.59 and, as before, great. Worth every penny! The choice of music only improved the ambiance, just what I was in the mood to hear. Ideal volume and genre.
The restaurant was super clean. Staff appeared happy and were joking around with each other and the customers. While I am still a “Waffle House guy” I will visit Huddle House again. It is good to have another quality, breakfast focused eatery in Lynchburg.
