This place is ridiculous. Only gone twice. The first time i was there, there was 1 car in front of me and someone came out and took my card so I could pay and brought it back and then I waited 15 minutes for food. 1 person ahead of me… I go again today thinking maybe today would be different but no one was in drive through but me amd again they make me pay first but this time I waited 20 minutes for 3 TENDERS!! 3 TENDERS!!!! The never let me know there would be a wait, never apologized, never acknowledged me after I paid for tye cold food I finally was given. I would have went inside afterwards but unfortunately me thinking I left for work early enough to stop turned into me being 5 minutes late. This place is ridiculous and food was cold and dry. Would not recommend and honestly surprised still around. Will be calling corporate also. Next time acknowledged the people waiting 20 minutes for food. Explain why there’s a wait instead of walking around looking at your phone pretending like you dont see the people waiting for what they paid for

This is a chicken joint. Very good, hot and fresh food. You order they bring the food to your table. The peach tea is amazing. This has turned into one of our favorite spots to go.

I wish I could give a zero not only did I wait 40 mins for chicken they got my order wrong and they didn’t have the jar desserts the manager got my order corrected so I had to wait again. While waiting the manager told me the desserts were being made and that I could come back in like 30 mins so I leave n come back for the desserts just to have them say they are sold out I get it if there were actually cars and people there but there wasn’t and when I came back no was there. And j came back in almost exactly 30 mins I dont get why they would lie like that after messing up my order

We ordered our food and it came out in separate parts over time. It took more than 20 minutes from when we ordered, and by the time everyone finally had their meals so we could eat together, the first person’s food was already cold. What was more frustrating was that another table with the same number of people ordered after us and received all of their food at once before we did. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience.

This was my first visit to Slim Chickens. I placed an order for the Chick’s Meal which had 3 freshly made chicken tenders, hot fresh French fries, garlic toast and a dipping sauce, which I chose Gravy. I also ordered an extra honey mustard dipping sauce. Everything I ordered was good. It was lunchtime when I went in. Bonnie, the Manager, took my order. She was very friendly and answers any questions I had about the menu. Ciara brought my meal to me and Kris prepared my hot fresh meal. I had a very positive experience. My meal was nice and hot. I noticed the menu had plenty of options, including Salads, family meals, and sweet treats like brownies. I also noticed they have a catering menu. The restaurant inside was super clean. Loved the aesthetic of the entire restaurant. There is even a nice porch (patio) so you can dine outside. All and all I had a very great experience. It sounds like management has changed a few times. I feel Manager Bonnie is doing a great job!

The tenders were super tender and juicy just a tad bit too salty the wings were. Little roo hard but the sauce was amazing the milkshakes were delicious the slims sauce oddly tasted like flavored Mayonnaise and online orders are meals only and you cant just get wings or tenders by itself which is odd it is a bit pricey but we would go back

Food was decent got the spicy chicken tenders. The flavor and taste was good but boy were these things spicy. And touch lips either cause they will burn lol. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who as a mild spice tolerance

We gave this place a try for our first time and really enjoyed it. The service was great; the cashier was really informative and helpful in placing our order. The food was good too. The pickle chips were my favorite but the wings and chicken tenders were excellent as well.

First time trying it menu was limited somewhat not too much there, fries were dry and the slim dinner was just that slim. Nothing there I expected more for $10. The order was taken quickly but it took more than 12 min they drive through . The workers were kind . The order came out cert hot meaning food is cooked and just warmed up . Nice location next Meijer’s and it’s a new building . I was not happy with food
