Order here multiple times a week and never get the sauces that come with the meals much less the ones we pay extra for. That adds up over time and is very annoying when you make it all the way home and have to try and choke down dry tenders. You would think you could at least put the sauces that come with the meals if you’re going to keep robbing me and not giving the extra I pay for. Ridiculous, unprofessional and disappointing in a franchise I used to love frequenting. It’s not brain surgery, it’s throwing a few sauces in a bag. Guess good help and management are hard to find.

They have the WORST customer service. From the manager to the employees under her. They are rude and unprofessional. They get upset with you if you go back to let them know your order is wrong. My son and I went to this location almost daily, but we will not go there again. About 6-7 months ago, this location was AWESOME. We’ll go back to Chick-fil-A just for their customer service.

I was sitting at the restaurant waiting on some cheesecake bites, and even though it only took about 10 minutes, it felt way longer. You know when you’re hungry and already kind of irritated, and every minute just drags? That was me. I was right on the edge of asking for a refund, like right there, and then they brought them out—just in time to stop me. Not fast enough to feel like good service, but just quick enough that I couldn’t really complain or get my money back. One of those annoying in-between situations

Never answer the drive thru between 10-11 even though the are open , zaxbys is one of my favorite places and one of the few that serve lunch during my lunch time and I have missed lunch twice now because of this, will not be returning.

I came down to this zaxbys for my grandbabies (they love zaxbys). The staff and service was amazing! Shoutout to this one worker I believe his name is Lennox. He was amazing! He helped me bring the food to the table he was so nice and kind to my family and I. My grandbabies loved him . Keep up the good work!
