Amazing food everything we have tried we have loved! The cinnamon rolls are the best we’ve ever had and we try cinnamon rolls everywhere we go that have them.

I have tried the food and it is good. The only issue I have is with staff. I made my purchase and told staff I have my own bag, I try not to use plastic bags, and the staff was very rude, gave me a dirty look and it did not go unnoticed by other customers. Very disappointing encounter!

My wife and I decided to give The Corner Deli a try and let me tell you it did not disappoint. My wife and I got the seafood pasta salad, cookies, house made croutons, and mushroom steak soup to share. First, the pasta salad was so flavorful with bursts of herb flavor, and it was not overpowered by the mayonnaise, and the seafood just perfectly tied everything together. Second, the soup Holy moly, it was creamy and delicious, and with the house made croutons dipped in, it was an amazing culinary delight. And lastly, the cookies they were crispy on the edges and soft in the center with a flavor that completed the entire meal. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone and everyone

Locals or visitors alike, you have to try this place out. Incredible food, great made to order hot lunches, you wont want to stop! Great prices for steak & seafood, great bundle deals as well. Same staff everyday makes for great continuity you will notice and appreciate. Richie & crew have earned and kept my families business. Love it here.

What a gem in the heart of Jacksonville! The staff was on their game and attentive, and the food was delicious. We bought jalapeño pollo loco egg rolls, chicken and waffles with crumbled Cinnamon Toast Crunch (they have fun with their food here ), and a gyro-based salad (with gyro meat, Kalamata olives, goat cheese, and artichokes)—and don’t forget the macadamia nut + chocolate chip cookie, cinnamon roll, and lemon + cheese cake! We shared everything and had a feast for lunch. Can’t wait to go back!

I have been to corner deli a few times. I like the steaks and seafood selection. My problem is getting one of the multiple people behind the counter to offer you help. I have gone for the last time. I stood by the steak and seafood case for 20 minutes. People came in after me got service before me. Not one person asked if they could help me in the 15 minutes I stood there. After person #4 got service I just left. I have been here several times since it opened. If you get service they have good meat and deli is pre sliced meat in a deli bag. I want my deli meat fresh sliced. We have had aged steaks a few times. It does not stand out as aged beef. The fresh bread was very good. I’m not knocking the quality of the food. It’s the horrible service. No one says hello,the middle aged blond woman has never spoken to me or helped me. You don’t see her do much but stand there. She gives the vibe of manger or owner. Which I would think would make her want to be the friendliest person in the building, she is not and I am not wasting my time to go back there to not be helped. Plus they were frying chicken strips, a guy was setting them on top of the meat case in plastic to go containers. I left there I smelled like I worked at a restaurant with a lot of oil smell. After I went and settled for some Hy-Vee ribeyes for dinner, I had to go home and shower a second time to remove that Grease smell from my hair and clothes. My money and I are going to Springfield for steaks and seafood from now on.

Really yummy flavorful food! The salad was fresh. The soups were delicious but mine was a little too salty for my taste. Could have been the bacon. We also got pita chips, hummus, pork rinds and queso. We will be back! I hope they find a way to put seating there. Right now it’s grab and go.
