Overall decent Starbucks location. But apparently it is not easy to prepare “light ice” iced americano… I received a warm americano with completely melted ice. Some training for the staff would be helpful

Edit to reply to the review: Everyone is aware that you can remake the drink for no cost. But the issue is that most starbucks baristas give you attitude when you ask for that… and i’m not in the mood to receive attitude for a $5 coffee. Additionally I don’t have time to have my drink remade. I order a simple drink, I expect it to be right the first time. Starbucks has to fix the training and customer service. it’s not just this location…

This is the worst location of Starbucks in Lynn Haven/Panama City area. The layout of the store and the space in there is so tiny, it looks boring, and the store itself isn’t very convenient. They only have a limited amount of chairs in there. I think they only have about one or 2 power/wall outlet. So if you wanna hang out in there to study or something, forget it, you’d be better off to find another location that’s better than this one..

I’d give 0 stars if possible but I got a medium coffee and these dummies decided to make the “smart” decision to give me a lid with the biggest hole. Any other Starbucks have the common sense to use the other lid and seal it with a sticker but not these people. I already went through DoorDash and got it refunded but can’t really put all the blame on the door dasher when Starbucks was the incompetent one. Also, of course no phone number to reach them probably from the thousand other complaints they get daily. Coffee prolly would have sucked anyway by the looks of it. Just don’t do it

The staff is nice for the most part! That being said, unfortunately the drinks are inconsistent. I stopped going months ago because of the drinks not being made well and they’re NEVER the same. When I said something the first time it happened the girl gave me an attitude. It wasn’t worth the fight, so I left. Every time I have tried to go back it’s the same thing! I would not go here if you’re looking for a quality drink every time. Here is just one example of how it should look and what my daughter actually got. I did not even take the drink I ordered because it was completely wrong!!! I told the staff I did not want it and left! Sad because I enjoyed going here and the manager was SO kind!

For some reason, every single time we go by in the morning time, something is always wrong, either the food or the drinks, today it was the drinks, supposed to be iced, comes out hot, supposed to be peppermint white mocha, just peppermint mocha, like I know it’s not the biggest of deals, but when it’s consistently wrong every time…. I ordered a large cappuccino with hazelnut syrup. Super simple you would think. I had it picked up by DoorDash and the bag was completely sealed close and dry but for some reason I got only half of my drink. Then I tried what I did have and it was bitter and cold. I was really looking forward to this this morning and it was completely ruined. Lesson learned and money wasted. Not even mentioning how bad the food was. Tasted like it had been sitting out for hours and ice cold too.

I have usually received inconsistent drinks here but I could definitely forgive them because they’re so busy but today I received egg bites that had not touched an oven. I never think mild inconveniences warrant a review or being a Karen but this location had disappointed me nearly every visit.
