I’m disappointed with my recent experiences at McDonald’s. Every time I order French fries, they come out cold instead of hot and fresh. Fries are supposed to be one of the best items on the menu, but getting them cold repeatedly is frustrating. I hope the staff can pay more attention to serving them fresh, because this really affects the overall quality of the meal.

Amazing McDonald’s first the bathroom is not locked, which is a big plus compared to Sacramento. The food has much better and the restaurant is way cleaner. Welcome to a normal McDonald’s.

There is an older woman at this location that is consistently unfriendly and makes you feel like you’re bothering her. Most recently, I ordered a double cheeseburger meal and was given a chicken sandwich instead. She looked at my receipt, grabbed my bag and walked away. I understand mistakes happen, however no apology or acknowledgment of the error isn’t the best customer service. My other gripe with this location is that they are stingy with the fries. Half filled bag of fries @$3.49 for a small size looks nothing like their advertised photo. Please DO BETTER. It’s not that hard to fill a bag with fries.

My visit was not a good experience. The manager was very rude when I politely asked for my food to be made fresh. She responded dismissively and said my food was already made, without listening to my request. Additionally, the manager was wearing AirPods and listening to music while working. When I mentioned that the lobby was dirty and asked if it could be cleaned, she told me it was not her job. This behavior felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. I expect better customer service and cleanliness from a McDonald’s location.

There is so much hate about this location. I don’t understand why they would choose to remove the soda fountains from the lobby. Customers cannot get refills, and if they ask for a refill, they are given a whole new cup and straw, which is completely wasteful, and can’t be cost-effective. The staff member took my order without ever making eye contact or welcoming me. While I was eating, there were at least three other customers who were having problems with their orders, and asking to speak to the manager. One customer was complaining that their soda tasted horrible and something was wrong with the syrup. The manager just said “it’s fine” and she and the other employees were talking amongst themselves in Spanish at the front counter.
Update: I came back to this location because I was in the area. I was literally the only customer, but it took 7 minutes to get my order. Finally the manager saw me standing at the counter and said, “Do you need something?” I replied, “I’m waiting for my order.” She said, “What did you order?” I pointed out that my order was the one up on the board where it says NOW SERVING.
I don’t know how this place stays open.

Dirty. When I came to take my food there was a ton of stuff mising from my order although I did paid for those. Cashier was poorly speaking English. Packaging was also poorly done. I wouldnt recomend going to this location since the one on laguna is much better and cleaner.

Love this place! The ice cream machine is in fact, NEVER out of order!? In fact, they give you BIG cones. Beware, between the hours of 3-4 there’s a lot of teens from the local high/middle Schools. Just something to be aware of. It’s never to bad! The staff don’t act like they COMPLETELY hate their job, and the food is never cold ( ◜‿◝ )♡

I don’t know what’s wrong with this location but they will mess up your order by giving you the wrong stuff that you didn’t even order. And then they intentionally give you no receipt. When you try to call with a complaint no one will pick up.
