We came here on a Thursday night after discovering this spot through social feeds and decided to try the $20 all you can eat wings, which is such an awesome deal. You start with 15 wings, and refills come out 5 at a time, which we actually liked since everything stayed fresh. Every flavor we tried was really good, with the honey BBQ being my favorite.

The place is on the smaller side (10 tables and 4 bar seats), so it fills up quickly and a wait is expected. We were quoted 45 minutes but got seated sooner since we were a party of two, while larger groups waited longer. The wait process could use some improvement, but I acknowledge it was a busy night and they did their best to accommodate everyone, the servers were clearly hustling and doing their best, and the owner was super friendly.

Wings came out fast, hot, and fresh the whole time. Overall great wings and definitely worth checking them out, we’ll for sure be back!

My boys and I came from the Westside of Jacksonville to try this place out and they did not disappoint. The bone in wings, waffle fries, boneless wings, and corn nuggets were amazing. Thursday nights they have all you can eat wings for $20.

The food is very good, nice hot & fresh. The deals/ specials very economical. The service is ok. The space is a little cramped but we’re so glad they’re back

Stop wasting your time at Wing Stop and grab your wings here. My fiancé is a huge wing guy and vouches for this place.
We also had fried mushrooms (the sauce is amazing) and I had the chicken parm sandwich (also amazing)!!

I have eaten chicken wings in more places than I care to admit. I’ve crossed state lines. I’ve sat in questionable bar stools. I’ve chased rumors. I’ve paid tourist prices. I have stood in the original Anchor Bar in Buffalo, nodding respectfully at history like, “Yes… I understand your significance.”

And yet — Wing-It is better.

These wings are not just food. They are an event. A life checkpoint. A moment where you pause mid-bite and stare into the distance because something has fundamentally changed. Perfectly crispy on the outside, impossibly juicy on the inside, and sauced with the kind of confidence that says, “We know exactly what we’re doing and we’re not apologizing.”

Every wing tastes like it was personally handcrafted by someone who deeply, spiritually cares about chicken. The balance? Flawless. The flavor? Aggressive but loving. The texture? So good it makes other wings feel like a prank.

I came in hungry. I left enlightened. I am now incapable of enjoying “good” wings anywhere else because Wing-It has reset the standard and raised the bar to an unreasonable height. Other wings are now just placeholders until I come back here.

If you’re on the fence, get off the fence. If you think you’ve had better wings somewhere else, you’re mistaken — and that’s okay, we all grow at different rates. Wing-It isn’t just serving wings… they’re serving the final answer.

Best wings I’ve ever had. Ever. Full stop

Dined in on 08/22/2025. As other reviews, people remember dining at the original location on Old St. Augustine Rd. at the old Pizza Hut/Blockbuster shopping plaza. Took my kids to that location a couple times when they were toddlers but life had a way of not dining in as much as I would’ve liked.

Waited a couple years when I saw on FB that they are reopening on San Jose where Outback Steakhouse is, so I took my kids here as teens now. Their food quality is still great and far better than WingStop (hate WingStop). Got the 30 piece wings sauced with Volcano sauce and the other half dry rub Cajun. Got Tachos too. GET. THE. TACHOS! DON’T QUESTION IT! JUST ORDER IT!

Walking in through the door, it’s quite small but it’s not the same location as the original, so it’s understandable. Sounds are echoing from 7 year olds crying at one table while their parents are not being parents at another table. Perfectly fine and annoying but tolerable. Didn’t know till someone said that there’s no hostess to seat you. Just grab a table and a server will come. Pretty cool cuz we got a booth. Server was very nice. Liked her. Food hit the spot. So good. You know what? Quit reading this and just go taste what quality wings are at this place. GET THE TACHOS! You’ll see why. OMG

Been coming to Wing It for years back when “the cape” was still together. We spent years coming to this place for their delicious wings and great service. Started to come back after living out of town for several years and the place seems to have gotten even better! Highly recommend getting the “Cajun ranch” flavor for your wings. May sound a bit exotic but 10/10 great flavor.

I forgot to make a review since I been coming back to Wing It since the grand re-opening date at the new location. Wing It has the best wings in all of Jacksonville and incredible service. Many people including me were excited when Wing It reopened and it’s still great everytime I get food here. Even if you don’t live in the area near it, I highly recommend getting wings and fries here if you haven’t been before. Love Wing It!

The wings are always good size and cooked well. The new place is small but seems to get a lot of to go orders. Wish they still had hot garlic which is what I used to get at the Main St location. But the volcanic is good.

My food came out surprisingly fast and it was delicious. My server, Ciara checked on my needs several times and kept my drink full without me having to flag her down. The restaurant and tables were clean, the music was low and the atmosphere relaxed. Thank you, Miss Ciara and Wing It for a pleasurable lunch experience!
