Wonderful Monster menu! We ordered the Monster Bundle : Vampire nuggets, Jack-o-Lantern Whopper, mummy mozzarella fries and a chocolate sundae because the Franken Candy sundae was out of order. Overall it was delicious and well-assembled. Great service also!

Came here tonight hoping for food, wait time was sub par, manager in the back sounded like he was dying one of the workers sneezed onto the order that went out of the window and the woman at the cash register was blowing her nose and didn’t use any hand sanitizer or wash her hands when touching boogers.
We hightailed it out of this establishment quicker than you could say “I”… Will not be coming back at all!

While the food was fine, the service was not that great. The wait at the drive thru is always 10 minutes.. at least… and not just one time either. I would give a bad review over one poor visit. This has happened the last 3-4 times we have stopped there. My husband likes the whoppers from Burger King now and again so we might stop once every two weeks or so, so we have stopped a fair few times over the last few months and with this being the only Burger King close to us this is the only option when he wants Burger King. Otherwise we would be driving 40+ minutes for another one. The drive thru workers are never friendly they are always very short and want to deal with you as fast as possible and to be done with you. I know they are probably short staffed like everywhere else is but that’s no excuse to have poor customer service skills because your jobs sucks… I’ll update my review if I’ve had better experiences here in my future visits.

Had the privilege of meeting the new store manager this evening and Shawn was fantastic. He and the team went above and beyond to make sure the food was hot fresh and everything we asked for. Thanks for the great experience!

There were 2-3 staff working. The entrance was getting cleaned. They opened the dining area. Having a wrestling team show up can be stressful, but these ladies were on their game. Yes I was also pleased with our manners, noise level, and cleanliness, but these workers were very pleasant. Thank you from the Prospect Mountain Wrestling team.

Local for me and my family. We visit and order often food is consistent. Yes it sometimes may be a bit of a wait but management does a wonderful job on making sure order is right. So to me well worth the wait. If order does get messed up seem very forward on making it right. So we leave happy.

Could have gone to a sit down restaurant style dinner- and waited the same amount of time for the food that we ordered ourselves on the kiosk. The place had 4 people in it. There was more people working – on what I have no idea- then customers.

Got tot he speaker and the person taking my order was so soft spoken that I couldn’t hear them. I paid that same person and again, they barley made any effort to speak but I understood to pull forward to the vehicle in front of me to wait as they were backed up. After a few minutes I was told to move into a parking spot which was near impossible as I was on the bumper of the car in front of me and had another car behind me. I told the girl that she needed to tell the car in front to pull up and I got into a parking spot. Then I hear, Mark? Oder for Mark! Where’s Mark? Dan? Where’s Dan? They were bringing ht orders out and yelling for people! I was juat saying to my daughter, please dont let them yell my name! And there it was…Sarah?! Order for Sarah? Where’s Sarah? Mortifiying! I juat wanted to eat and get back on the highway but the burger had so much mustard and ketchup it was disgusting! I had to squeeze the burger to make it all come out and the bun was soaked. It was inedible. I only ate the small fry and drink. I know the employees were trying but the manager should have had a better handle on things. I get they were shirt handed but dont come out yelling names and panicking. Ill be hard pressed to go back. Waster of time and money and everyone in that parking lot was disgusted.

I just wanted to make sure our order wasn’t wrong, as the last two times I got pushed through the drive-thru, because of their timer which caused 3 car hold ups. (This is also messed up assuming this puts more pressure on the workers I’m
assuming do better Burger King) We were told we would not be served if we didn’t move up because of their timer. This isn’t my fault that they don’t produce food fast enough for their “timer.” As a repeat customer, I was tired of getting my order wrong, so I just wanted to wait at the window. The manager, Clarissa, came out and asked us to move forward; she needs us to move forward. I understand they get paid less or are reprimanded for not pushing out food fast enough, but getting consistent orders wrong is a joke in itself. I never argue food disputes, as I’m afraid they will mess with my food. Well, guess what? They did mess with our food, as seen in the picture. I’m afraid to give my daughter this food because of fear for her health and safety. How am I getting punished for their lack of accountability, given it might be from understaffing? I am a normal dude who, once again, just didn’t want a three-peat of wrong orders in one week! Jeez, sorry for that. Thanks, Clarissa, for checking the food firsthand and taking accountability as the ringleader on an incorrect food order. We appreciate you for making us question the health and safety of our daughter’s food I guess?

I went here for lunch today, and it was an okay experience. The food was what you’d expect from Burger King. Everything was hot and freshly prepared quickly by a friendly staff. I was disappointed when their super soda machine, which has every flavor you can imagine, was out of Coke Zero. I asked if they had any Coke Zero in the back, but was told they were out.
