Dinner and a show. I’ve been by this place a thousand times, but I never had the time to try it. I missed out, really delicious plus the fastest service I’ve ever had…..My Queen ordered our food by the time she sat back down the food was coming out. Pictured carne asada gorditas really flavorful, not greasy also pictured three tiquitos with rice and beans. The beans were smooth, not to salty. Rice was superb. Over all really enjoyable walking to the venue. we felt good physically and not over full didn’t feel like a grease pit. Happy and ready to see some music. See Talking Stick Amphitheater.

Ordered the chimichanga plate. The rice was hard and had rubbery bits. The beans were surprisingly good. The chimi was a lot of food but it was lacking flavor. I would never eat there again. The host was terrible at her job didn’t greet when I walked in. Gave me my food and didn’t even say thx or have a good evening nothing. Her personality was dry like that rice.

My husband and I drove all the way to Glendale because we found ‘Tacos de Carnitas Doña Tere’ on Google and when we got there it was a regular house and no carnitas. We were pretty bummed however we found Tacos Mi Ranchito and it made the trip worth the drive.
We got micheladas, a big plate of carnitas, pancita and a couple of tacos de tripa. Everything was good but what I liked the most was the michelada, it was on point.

Easily some of the BEST comida mexicana I’ve ever had!
If you’re having trouble choosing something from the incredible menu, we can heartily suggest the chimichanga de cabeza (beef cheek), the gorditas (we had carne asada but there are so many other options) and the platillo with machaca seca con huevo, frijoles, arroz, y tortillas de maíz. Chips & salsa are fantastic, too & the choice of salsas/accompaniments is perfect!
Service itself was fast & friendly and if you’re eating in, it’s a cute setting, too.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough!! Todo fue demasiado rico y definitivamente volvemos pronto.
