I believe ownership has changed. There is a culture of scarcity that is a bit off putting. Drinks are no longer self service and other than napkins and coffee add-ons, you have to go through someone to get what you need. Ketchup does sit out but it’s constantly blocked by a customer picking up their food. This wouldn’t be as big of an issue if they didn’t just have a single register and seldom someone in the counter readily available to service customers. My hot cakes breakfast did not come with utensils so by the time I was able to get someone’s attention to get them, my food had already cooled down. Lastly, if you order lunch right at the cut-off be prepared for a long wait. Took over 15 minutes.

I do like the design and ambience better, but the culture of scarcity leaves a lot to be desired. When ready to leave, my daughter said shewas thirsty so I was faced with a choice:

1) Wait in line for 10 minutes for a cup of water
2) Drive home for the same 10 minutes and get water there

The choice was simple.

Food was great and well made, at least.

Needs a lot of improvement. Almost every time I go to this McDonald’s, my order is incorrect, missing burger patties, fries are old and cold. As someone who used to wok in the fast food industry, double checking orders is not complicated and attention to detail should be part of the day to day work.

Nightmare before New Years..
I dont take the time to make many reviews unless an experience is very good or extremely bad…In this case, it was unbelievable If someone had shared it with me, I would have assumed they were exaggerating, hard to believe this could possibly be the full story… Let’s start with the original order… Rating the difficulty of it is on the lower scale…

1. Quarter Pounder with Cheese & Bacon- plain please make it a large meal with a sweet tea
-RESULTS- Quarter Pounder with ketchup and no bacon, fries unsalted & a medium unsweetened tea

2. McCrispy Original with extra mayo make it a large meal with a lemonade.
-RESULTS- McCrispy Original with NO mayo, unsalted fries and a lg Lemonade (got the lemonade right)

3. 2 Cheeseburger make it a LG meal with no cheese and a Coke
-RESULTS- 1 hamburger with ketchup and pickle- no mustard, no onions. 1 cheeseburger with ketchup- no pickles, mustard or onions. Unsalted fries and a Coke ( got the coke right)

4. 20 piece Mcnuggets with BBQ, hot mustard, sweet n sour sauce.
-RESULTS- hard, cold nuggets with honey mustard sauce.

It is hard to believe that one order could possibly get this messed up. An item or even 2 but the entire order was wrong. Original hamburger missing condiments that has been on every single hamburger since McDonald’s opened(unless otherwise requested)… I have never received fries from McDonald’s that had absolutely no salt, to make them even worst that were old and cold..
Sadly after spending $40 on this meal, we threw it away and made another stop at Jack n the box… I will NEVER forget this experience, its sad that this is the level of service that seems to be normal at this location after reading reviews. Let’s not forget we spent 20 minutes at the window waiting for this disaster….

We went thru the drive thru to order. The order taker would not let us complete our order and as we were saying what we wanted she said ok see you at next window. So I just pulled around, placed the order from the app and then went in to get it. When I went inside you can hear the lady at the window being very unprofessional and rude to customers. I decided to video it while I waited. The one helping with the food was nice. I asked for a manager and then the bald chick (window) came over and said she was the manager. She didnt apologize at all. The food was cold and old. Apparently she’s cold and doesn’t like opening the window. She said one customer that comes through smells like barf all the time. If your that unhappy with your job find something else. Franchise owner needs to review the people that work there. This should be embarrassing and you have absolutely NO GOOD REVIEWS!

We were traveling and wanted to stretch our legs and sit down. The inside was tiny. Not a single table was clean. The only other person sitting inside was a homeless guy. We had to order from a kiosks ourselves. There was a bell to ring for assistance, rang it 5 times and nothing… the food took forever to come out! Never going back to this location.

This location is so hit or miss on order accuracy, making modifications to a burger shouldn’t be such a problem that I have to check every item before pulling away from the drive thru. The weekday crew seems to get things right more often than the weekend people. I get it, it’s fast food, but when a burger is ordered no cheese or onion, and it comes back with ONLY onions there’s a problem somewhere along the line.

Overall, maybe just go up the street to Culver’s.

Apparently you can only get service at the drive-thru this morning i waited and waited finally a voice came over the speaker are using the mobile app.i said no. Then complete silence someone pulled into the 1st speaker area and right away are you using mobile app yes she was went on through so I said HELLO ,HELLO no answer I stupidly did this a few times before driving off. Pissed off!!!!
