Look at these pictures I’m very disappointed that my food couldn’t be make the proper way. This was the second pizza that was made because the first one looked worse than this….. so for them to make me another pizza with barely any cheese on it is crazy when I complained the first time . Then to ask me if im satisfied and I say no then proceed to say ask to light sauce next time no the sauce isn’t the problem it’s the cheese…….. I say no I’ll go to another location and he proceeds to say then do that too…… no young man I been to plenty of different locations, states and other things no LEARN HOW TO MAKE A PIZZA AND NOT KICKING IT AT WORK PIZZA HUT DO BETTER!!!!!!!( and I never leave reviews but I had time tonight because food is too high to be playing with people money)

If I could I would give this location 0 stars on 01/02/2026 I went in to order some pizza they were taking so long to give me my order that I was being patient and understanding because I thought oh maybe they are just making a fresh good pizza but no! When I got home Ive seen I had a raw pizza and my son ate some and got food allergies the next day. They need to shut this pizza hut down!! This is not the first time That i have a bad experience at this location

Not sure what everyone else’s issue is, I come here a couple times a month feeding 6 people. So my orders are large, but they’re always right. Food is fresh, order time is pretty accurate. Love my local PH!

Sam is the manager of this store and was very kind polite and respectful. His store associate Maddie also was very helpful and attentive.
The Burleson Pizza Hut sucks!! Their customer service is non-existent and their Pizza is awful in Burleson that is.
I personally would much rather drive over to sycamore School road to get my pizza then get crap service in a crap pizza from Burleson.

Every time I come to this location something is wrong. Forget my dips, give me the wrong pizza, over thirty minutes past when I’m supposed to pick up. Its just flat a terrible experience consistently.

Order not ready and complete and then told us five minutes for cinnamon sticks, cause they forgot to cook them in our order. Had to wait 10 minutes for that and then turned around when they gave it to us. The pizza was old and cold this was a whole hour process for some pizza ended up getting a refund.
