First time ever trying Thai broth so I wanted to look for something in the area— and this was an absolute gem.

I came in around 11:30 and the person at the register greeted me. When I told him that it was my first time here and I wanted to build my own pot, he instructed me to go ahead and get whichever ingredients and then they’ll scale it after.

I got a variety of fishballs and noodles, and I wasnt expecting such a nice array of seafood! ( next time im definitely filling my bowl up with them )

Afterwards, he took my bowl and weighed it, and I treated myself to a nice lychee basil drink while I waited. Note: Highly recommend you to get a drink (water or not) because i may have scalded my tongue

About 5 minutes later, I got my tom kha soup on a metal device that boiled it right in front of me! It was soooo good, I wish I added more ingredients honestly. The bean curd soaked up aaaaall the broth, the fish balls exploded with flavor (and heat, watch out!), and it was very filling.

The workers were also very friendly and often told me to not hesitate if I wanted anything, and they even gave me some napkins while checking in ❤️

At the end, I asked for a container to take my soup to go— fully expecting to pack up my soup myself but they did it instead— and they asked if I wanted a little ice cream since I dined in. (Surprise: of course i did)

The little sweet coconut treat was the perfect way to end the meal. 10/10 everything, this place deserves more love.

So excited to have Thai Hot Pot as a new restaurant in town! I really like the concept — it’s like an all-you-can-eat style hot pot, but you get to choose your soup, ingredients, and exactly how much you want. It’s about $18 per pound, and I ended up getting 2 pounds (around $40), which was plenty and so worth it. I loved being able to load up on fresh vegetables, meat, and mushrooms, and the soup was so tasty. They also have a variety of dipping sauces that made everything even better. The server lady was super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even nicer. Definitely recommend giving this place a try!

This place can easily become addictive; build your own hot pot, what!! Fresh veggies and seafood, gracious staff, nice ambience. I did end up getting a little over 2lbs, so it shocked the wallet a bit, but I’ve barely taken several bites and I’m full…and I haven’t touched the rice or noodles yet . It’s lot of food. This place is definitely a new fave.

To the point
– Food: GREAT
– Vibe & Service: AMAZING
– Recommended: MOST DEFINITELY
– Returning?: Already did and will be again!

I have to say that I was very very satisfied with Thai Hot Pot. I decided to leave a review after second time eating here (First time with my wife and son. Second time with my boss.)

1. Location
When you walk into the place, you are greeted by a wonderful lady and lines of ingredients. You can fine the big dining are right after you pass the place where you pay. Immediately to the left, you will see the condiments section 🙂

2. Order
The lady will ask you “Have you been with us before?” You can now simply say “I studied Sun’s review” and get your food like a pro now.
– You get a bowl. Nicely create a wall with veggies.
– Put other veggies on top.
– Put wet noodle.
– Pick hard noodle (egg noodle, mama noodle, and another that i can’t remember).
– Give the bowl to the lady, choose soup, and she will weigh and you pay!

3. Taste
I had tom yum soup base with first time seafood and second time beef. Both were really really good. Their soup base is incredible. They have non-spicy soup which your kids can have their own!

4. Vibe and Service
Did I mention that the lady is wonderful? I think I did but let me do it again. She is very kind and caring, but of course she won’t constantly check with you while you are eating like those restaurants with servers who won’t let you eat with so many questions. And the place is extremely clean. I mean, VERY clean. I rate “cleanness” with conditions of table and restroom. Spot clean both times!!!

5. Additional comments
I am going back again very soon! Oh and make sure to not be so excited by fresh ingredients because the price goes by weight. My boss was so excited that he loaded his bowl with 2 lbs of ingredients and had to take leftover home LOL

We came here and ended up finding a bug in our soup. I asked the server what it was hoping it was something that’s not a bug and he said “that is definitely a bug”. He had also said “that is not from us” and didn’t know how it got there. He said it could have been from the vegetables so that probably means they don’t clean or monitor correctly. The food was great but we didn’t expect to find that in the soup. We were already finished with the meal when we found it so….yeah… Didn’t get any form of compensation or a refund. Did offer us already complimentary ice cream though. The server wasn’t concerned at all and didn’t apologize for it either which is kinda concerning. I would say to go there at your own risk.

Excellent food and service! Love the concept, you fill up a bowl with whatever you want (meat, veggies, fish balls, shellfish, noodles, tofu) and weigh it. Then pick a Thai broth, and rice is free. Love this restaurant and will be back! Easy parking too and no line

The smaller bowl with clear broth was a little over a pound and $20
The larger bowl was 2.2lb and $40

My wife and I came here after being quoted a one-hour wait at Boiling Point and honestly, this ended up being the better choice. We had no idea what we were missing. The food is insanely good, with an amazing selection. We loved being able to pick everything ourselves, pay before sitting down, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Easily our new favorite hot pot

Probably the best way to do a real hot pot. Server was extremely helpful and courteous but many people don’t know how amazing this place is.

You pick the toppings you want for your bowl and they cook the food and provide the broth that comes for it. About $17.99/lb.

Definitely will come back in the future.

It was my first time there with several friends. I chose the Tom Kha soup, and it was very delicious. If you add more ingredients (by weight), you can share the hot pot with your friends. Next time, I will try the Tom Yum soup.
