Ordered a 6 piece wing and they sent out 6 wings that were DARK BROWN, DRIED OUT and had absolutely no warmth to them. I don’t know how anyone working there would have thought those old, overcooked wings should’ve came out the door to someone.
Now I’m having to wait additional time for some wings to be cooked. What’s even more shocking is, although polite, the young lady at the window seemed puzzled as to what was wrong even though she was looking at the same thing I was looking at. All employees should know what dried out old food should look like. I’m scared to eat whatever they bring out at this point because I’m not sure what is going on inside when employees were okay with sending my order out like that originally.

Me and my family ordered an 8ct chicken, and we received some undercooked pieces. I only took a picture of one, but there were a few. I am disappointed. The chicken was soggy instead of crunchy and very greasy.

Do not eat at this location!! I kept trying to figure out why the texture of the chicken was weird. I ate the smallest two wings and then I picked over rest of the wings. At first I thought maybe they boiled the chicken first. No it was RAW. I understand people get it wrong but when I went back they only wanted to give me a new order of chicken. The staff and night manager had an attitude because I didn’t want more chicken . I refused because I was already nauseous from eating undercooked chicken. I went back the next day and the day manager gave me a refund. Don’t eat at this location. 0/10 do not recommend. I had diarrhea for 2 days after…..

Kids are running the show closing up before time and not keeping cooking up to closing time. Three times i had issues closing early and fries were out because they didn’t want to cook it. I had an online order 25 min before closing time. No corporate person called. Stay away from here

The second and last visit to this place. First time they got the order completely wrong, food tasted ok even though not what we had ordered. The last time today we went in instead of using the drive thru, 1/2 of the food on the menu wasn’t even available, the girl at the counter had such a miserable attitude that after getting our order and things were missing and her attitude sealing the deal I just asked for a refund, took the drink cups which we had been holding and stuck them back in to be handed out to the next customers and took the food and returned it to the warmers as well, completely disgusting and will absolutely NOT be going back ever. Brought these issues to the “ managers “ attention and her response was “ she’ll talk with her about that “. Lots of other places to go and eat in the area

Chickrn tenders were ok. Slaw was fresh and cold. Mashed potatoes were KFC standard. Biscuit was hard snd tasteless. Service was very good. The restaurant was clean.
