Last week I came through the drive-through and my order was messed up, so I made a phone call and spoke with the manager Tamara. She apologized for any inconvenience and took my name down for a credit. I stopped back by and spoke with a shift manager named Tony who is very nice and got us all together for everything.

Terrible experience today in drive thru. Please pull forward. Your order will be ready in two minutes. Ended up being ten and they even forgot what we even ordered. And said it was in a bag ready. No extra food. No sorry for the wait.

The past three times I have come to this location there has been issues. The first time they forgot food after having us pull forward to wait and the food we waited for was wrong and cold. The second time I ordered Mac and cheese bites and they were so over cooked they crumbled in my hand and had no filling. When asked for more I was told they all look like that because they were dropped thawed. I suggest dropping them frozen like you do everything else. The fries are ALWAYS cold and hard. The sandwiches are always very poorly made. The third and final straw was the French dip with mainly bread and not even a half cup of au ju. We ordered and was charged for 6 cheese sticks and received 4 with an extra sandwich. The inside of this location is never clean and always out of condiments in the lobby. We will not be returning.

Food was well prepared and hot. The young man who worked the drive through was awesome. The young man was cheerful and polite. He also, asked if we need condiments and anything else before thanking us and tell us to have a good day. I love this location it’s so much better than other Arby’s in northern ky I’ve been to.

Please be cautious and thoroughly inspect your food before consuming. I received a Beef and Cheddar sandwich that was missing cheese, and upon investigating the issue, I discovered a ball of hair underneath the bun. I contacted the manager, who offered a credit, but this situation is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I will not be dining here again.
