Went to take my family to this location before 630pm. The doors were locked to the lobby and there wasnt even a note on their doors. There was more than one employee there as well. And they were open in the drive thru. Our business was lost due this fact. We wanted to go inside to enjoy ice cream.

I placed an order in person for an ice cream cake. My son doesn’t like cake so I wanted to surprise him with a Mario themed ice cream cake for his 5th birthday. I spoke to the owner who said everything would be fine a few days prior. So I trusted them to decorate the cake. I wanted the Mario kart race track decorated cake I received a smeared blue and green cake. Do not advertise decorated cakes if no one can do the job right. $45 cake for something my kid could have decorated. I will never return and will never recommend anyone to purchase a cake here. I am very upset I wasted my money. Also, I’d like to add that I didn’t receive the toys on top because I was told they were no longer available in the warehouse so fine I’ll put my own toys even tho I was charged for them. I just wanted the decorated cake with the raceway. Worst decorated cake ever.

WORST location for dunkin or Baskin Robbins. Locked the doors over two hours before their closing time and extremely rude when you even try to order. Don’t even waste your money coming here, it will be better spent driving to another one. Both of these employees are some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered even after working in restaurants myself for years.

Wow I should’ve read the reviews before putting a cake order in. We were in town from Fort Bragg North Carolina visiting family. Our daughters 1st birthday was July 6th. I put an order in for a nice birthday cake on the Fourth of July. I stopped by to pick up the cake on the 5th at 4:00 pm to only be told “oh our cake lady is on vacation so we didn’t get the order” . I was utterly confused on why they didn’t call us in advance to tell us this. They then tried to offer a cake out of the fridge. When I asked if I could get writing on it, they said they couldn’t but would give us 3 dollars off. I was so disappointed because it was a custom cake. We were able to get a refund (even though my husband said that they didn’t offer it at first. It was only offered when I walked in). Very happy that I went to pick up the cake before her birthday, otherwise we would have been utterly disappointed. Thank god Mariano’s was able to whip one up for us with custom writing on it. They had one cake lady working and she literally stopped everything to get it down. Great customer service on Marion’s end. If I could give this store no stars I would. They may be good for a cup of mediocre coffee, but nothing else.

Went to take my dad for some ice cream at 8:20pm and when we walked up to the door they were locked. We checked the time on the door and they’re supposed to close at 10pm. We checked Google and it said they’re supposed to be closed at 10pm.
Their drive-thru was also closed. Please update your hours if you’re not going to close earlier than what is posted on the door.

I just went to this location and they gave me the wrong donuts after taking my money in the drive thru. I asked for my money back and the guy says no refund. How is that and I am waiting for the rest of my order and I didn’t even leave the window. Then he says I have to come back tomorrow for my refund because the manager is not here. I will never go back to this location. They need to shut down. I am reporting them to the better business bureau and the corporate office.

I never right reviews because normally I Just brush it off as a lost on the company side. But this blew my mind and maybe I’m wrong, but I know I am nothing but right. I now this location works slow especially during the even shifts. I went there with the idea of buying a ice cream cake which I new they had because I parked in front of the store to look at there fridge to make sure they had options because of Covid not being able to go in directly . Not knowing what the options were I decided to get in the drive thru line. Which by the way they took one order at a time having each driver pull up to the window after ordering, pay , and we all watched until they fulfill the order to ask the next person in line what they wanted. Only, after the other person has driven off.So on so on and so on…. it took about a good 20 to 30 mins before I was even asked what I wanted not what I would like. I asked what kind of ice cream cakes they had available. I was told to pull up to the window which I did and asked the same question again. Then I was told automatically NO we don’t have any which I said I parked in front of your store to look towards the fridge and saw that you do have, but I did not know the options. Which then i was told they were not going to bring any to the window because it might break. Now first of this a ICE CREAM CAKE attention ICE CREAM cold and hard I’m not asking to bake then bring it to me. Second I asked what were the options. They just decided not to give any. I asked them so you guys have ice cream cakes there to sell, but are not going to because you don’t want to bring them up to a drive thru window. Which the answer was Yes….( I didn’t have the option to go inside due to Covid). What it seems to me that they did not want to walk a total of maybe 25 steps back and forth to give the options…. I will never due business there again. I truly hope you get people that actually want to work. I hope you don’t close down due to lack of employee work habits….

September 4th I arrived at 9:50pm. The girl turned off the lights and just stared at me through the window. It’s so sad people don’t care about other peoples time or gas wasted to get there. Shout out to dairy queen on Lincoln highway in Matteson. They work right up until 10 o clock the community you serve thanks you. Baskin Robins never again!

This has to be one of the worst locations for a baskin robbins. I went to get a sundae at this location on july 4th. I asked for a sundae and the girl at the counter gave me a 3 scoop vanilla with strawberries all over it. No nuts, no whipped cream. I politely told her this is not what i ordered. Then argued with me for 10 minutes in the drive thru about the order.
She even admitted i asked for a sundae but then rudely kept telling me that when I said i wanted strawberry toppings that cancels out the order for a sundae. By showing that this location hires people as rude as this was shows that this one should go out of business soon. I would not be surprised if next year at this time that BR is a vacant lot.
