I ordered a spicy crispy chicken snap wrap and a double Jack. The chicken wrap was great, however the double Jack had no meat patty in it… just the lettuce, cheese and bun. Needless to say I was disappointed.

Feel so bad for the workers — they clearly are not staffing enough people for weekend nights. I got stuck in the drive through line for over 10 minutes. They had us pull around and wait for our “fast” food for another 20+ minutes after paying. Horrible…

We just moved Anacortes 7 months ago and we were pretty happy about the Jack in the Box situation. We’ve now gone a few time and the floor is always sticky. This time, they did get part of my order wrong but were quick to fix it. The service was weird, when we walked it. It felt as though we were bothering them. Honestly, this Jack in the Box could be so good. The location is good and for the most part, the food has been good. But it’s always dirty and the service isn’t good.

I ALWAYS submit my order on the Jack-In-The-Box App! My order is NEVER incorrect & I add whatever sauces I want w/o getting charged whatever amount each location wants to charge, BECAUSE THEY’RE FREE!
