I ordered a Hot N Ready Detroit Style Pizza. I was told the wait time was 10 minutes although I did see one ready to go in the case. There was a couple ahead of me who ordered the same item. After 10 minutes the couple was given their order. Several other customers came in and where given hot n ready pizzas. After another 10 minutes I was going to be given that Detroit Style Pizza that was sitting in the case for 20 minutes. I asked for a fresh order. I was told it’s going to be 10 to 15 minutes more. After 5 or soinutrs I asked for a Manager. The Manager comes, I tell her about my order … and ask how much longer do I have to wait. She tells me 10-15 minutes. I ask for a refund. Like WTH … maybe I got this treatment because I am white. I don’t know … but this was my experience.

I would recommend yall get like a deli system or something like the call back service that they do at the Summit vet. Somehow a lady who got in the line next to me was behind me by the time I got my pizza (which I was only able to get after a hour). There is no probable way to get in a line in this small establishment so it makes it easy to be passed up in line and then everyone is frustrated or upset. I heard SEVERAL people say they were there for about an hour yet they had not received a pizza nor were they in the correct area to get their already paid for pizzas. The machiene to receive already paid for pizzas was also down. I am not upset at the people there they all looked like teenagers and were trying their best. But the way they went about trying to dissuade the line was horrible there was one cashier who I am assuming would look through the boxes in search of the pizzas in certain orders. I would recommend especially on game days that you guys staff more than you think is necessary cuz it is that crazy. I love the pizza but damn the wait is crazy these days.

1 Italian Cheese Bread
1 Crazy Sauce

Food:
1) The pizza crust was two to three inches wide, making the sauce and cheese area smaller; the cheese didn’t cover all of the sauce area.
2) The “sauce” on the pizza was plain (no salt, no spices) flavorless acidic tomato sauce straight from a can—not the signature little ceasars pizza sauce.
3) The “crazy sauce” was plain acidic tomato sauce straight from a can, no salt, no spices, no flavor; the sauce was Not the signature little ceasars crazy sauce.
4) The crazy bread sticks were oily, but not flavorful.
5) The Italian cheese bread was just okay it had some cheese and some garlicky oil on top.

Drive a bit further to another location.

Service:
With 2-3 staff, they seemed very busy at the time; no one to greet or acknowledge the customers present for several minutes; almost expected of a busy little ceasars. But, minor inconvenience…

The portal with the working screen was empty and available for orders to be be placed into. However, the App order was placed into the portal that had a non-working screen—the access code could not be entered; no staff available to hand me the order;
searched for the QR code sent via email; luckily, the scanner did work to open the portal door.

Horrible customer service. Very rude manager hung up the phone on me. They burned two of my pizzas and refused to redeliver or refund for JUST the two pizzas. I didn’t ask for the whole order to be refunded because the rest was made correctly. I ordered pizza for my kids, and they only eat cheese pizza. I did NOT ask for them well done. She ended up cancelling my order, which means I was refunded, BUT hanging up the phone because she was upset is just disrespectful. I was not trying to cheat anyone or get “free food” as she stated. I have money and I am not that type of person. Never ordering from this location again.

There’s an issue every single time I come. Today I ordered online and was told it would be ready at 1:40 & it’s currently 2:18 and they just told me they dont have my online order? It’s absolutely ridiculous & on top of that it took them 20 minutes to even acknowledge me. I showed them the email with my order number and the correct address and they said I wasn’t in their system. I used to work at a little Cesar’s so I’m almost positive they just scanned the sticker that was supposed to be with my order and that’s why they can’t find it.

I wish I could give it a ZERO!
I ordered online for delivery. It’s been snowing all day so my kids and I decided to order food so we don’t go out. My delivery time was changed about 4 times only for them to send me a msg (after 1.5hours) saying my order was canceled.
I call customer service and they said the reason was that THIS STORE gave MY ORDER to any other person instead of the delivery guy. How is that my fault?????
This is the worst service ever and the worst little caesars ever. Do not come here.

I order all the time and deal with late/cold pizza sometimes but when I order and you literally hand it to someone else and then say here’s a refund but there’s nothing else we could do is crazier then the crazy bread. If they’re not going to replace an order they mishandled, we should definitely stop supporting this business/location. .

I placed an order at 4:28 p.m. and was supposed to receive it by 5:18 p.m. However, it was 6:15 p.m., and my order was still not ready. I requested a refund, and Miss Lucy, the person assisting me, was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I inquired about her attitude, she rudely threw my receipt at me. This establishment needs significantly improved customer service, and the owners must pay closer attention to their employees’ behavior.
