Food was horrible waited almost 20 mins for food and received cold burgers and plantain fries only potato fries was warm. Also specified I did not want drinks just the burgers and juices, ended up with a combo and 2 juices. Furthermore no forks was available was told they were out of forks. Never going back there!

The Publik is by far the best Burger and Wings joint in Guyana. The atmosphere is nice and the customer service is really nice. It’s nice to grab a bite and have a few cold ones. The hookah is good too. There are so many burgers to choose from, also wings, poutine, shakes, etc. Available. I’ve introduced so many of my friends to the Publik and would recommend it.

For the price the burger was pretty basic. The bread was different from most places that uses mostly Bakewell. The patty needed a bit more seasoning and salt. Service was friendly and I’ll definitely give them another chance to redeem themselves. Thank you.

Visiting Guyana… Food was excellent…ordered several different items and was pleasantly surprised at the overall quality and taste… worth the cost… but this establishment downfall is poor customer service… it’s becoming a pattern with most food service business in Guyana… will return because of the food.

Bought a burger at giftland that was dry, the bun was hard, the lettuce was dried up and brown, there wasn’t any sauce, no ketchup or pepper in the bag and the staff wasn’t too pleasant
