Staff is incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. Ample parking and seating. Meal was served quickly and was nice and hot. Food itself was a bit bland and probably could do with a little more salt and seasoning.

I ordered the chorizo street tacos and YES! They were fantastic. Our server was busy for a Tuesday evening (or not, I’m not from the area) and the tables were close together which made it almost awkward but not enough to be upset about. The atmosphere aside, THE FOOD!!! Go. Eat.

I usually don’t comment on reviews, but after reading ‘Kellie Marise’s’ and looking at her profile, it honestly seems like a pattern. Almost every experience they’ve reviewed is a one star, negative experience. We had a great experience here, which made ‘Kellie Marise’s’ one-star review pretty confusing. I was there the same night, and it honestly sounds like she may have been describing a different location… bless her heart.Yes, it was busy, but the staff were polite, hustling, and handling things like extra sauce exactly how you’d expect. Food was good, service was solid for a packed night, and nothing like the drama described happened anywhere near us. Just wanted to share a more accurate experience.

Im giving my trip tonight one star. Took forever for use to get something to drink. No big deal they were pretty packed. When ordering my food I asked if I could get some white cheese sauce added on top of what I had ordered, the lady was rude when saying it already comes with cheese sauce ma’am, I have never had the meal I ordered so how was I supposed to know that when no where in the description of what the meal was served with did it say cheese sauce. 35 minutes later I get my food cut the chicken up and take one bit and notice there is in fact no cheese sauce on my food that I asked to be added and was told it already came with it. So when asked if everything was okay I said no ma’am I asked for cheese sauce to be added and there isnt any on my order do you mind if I get that please. She leave and comes back with the sauce I had asked for. As im reaching for the bowl of sauce she by passes my hand and proceeds to pour the sauce all over my entire plate and everything on it while stating oh thats a lot of cheeses sauce enjoy. I have never in my life experienced such rude service in my life. And no I did not leave a tip bc the service tonight has made it my last trip.

Looking for Mexican Food near Henry Horton State Park? This is the place! Amigos Mexican Grill Chapel Hill. The restaurant was clean and we were seated and served quickly. I had a great Taco Salad and my husband has his favorite chimichanga. Both we delicious. Yes they serve Margaritas too. There is a very nice outdoor patio but for 95 degree July weather it was too hot for us but I’m sure wonderful other times of the year.

We went the day after Christmas. Place was packed but service was great and food came out at a decent time and was fresh, hot, and delicious. Can’t wait to come back! I need a margarita after these holidays!

We used to go here all the time but because of inflation we stopped going the last time we went there the food was really good and amazing. I did get takeout two large cheese dips for $24. I don’t know how much it is now but we did enjoy going there hopefully inflation will let up and will be able to go back❌⭕️❌⭕️❌⭕️ ️ ️
