Every time I’ve ordered a pizza ahead of time the crust is undercooked, doughy and extremely floppy. The bottom looks like wonder bread. I’m not sure if they have a problem with their oven or if they just rush the pizza due to being understaffed, but I’ve never had a problem like this at any other little Caesar’s.

My Dasher didn’t read the receipt and didn’t grab my 2L Mnt Dew. When she came back after I asked about it she went back and they wouldn’t let her get one. You guys need to communicate with your Dashers that they have to grab the 2Ls themselves. This is the 2nd time it’s happened and this time they wouldn’t even fulfill the order. Get better employees.

Today I drove my buddy there for lunch. We ordered one personal pepperoni pizza and one crazy bread. Ended up waiting over 15 minutes inside, as wiser customers came in and left with their pre-orders. I’m a rather patient person, but my buddy was boiling over since he works laborious hours and has only so much time for lunch. He was shocked and agitated over the loss of efficiency and the quick service that’s still advertised.

Overall they are doing their best but the company truly needs to evaluate the workload. 1 person trying their best to do all jobs isn’t sustainable. They need a standardized work format and a balanced workload. I enjoy the food but every time I enter the associate is very stressed and over-worked.

Can’t beat it fur the price.. only thing is every time I go to little Caesars and order they tell me 15-20 minutes and it’s always 30-40 minutes. Which I could eliminate the problem by calling and placing my order so I hopefully wouldn’t have to wait. Just never answer the phone.

Slowest place ever! Literally order my pizza at 7:12pm and didn’t receive it until 7:42. They weren’t busy either and could care less. Didn’t even let me know I was looking at a 30 minute wait either had to go in and find out after waiting 15 minutes. Definitely won’t be back.

90% of the time it’s garbage cheap pizza for cheap. I only get it for lunch randomly when I don’t want to spend money on good pizza. Except for the one time a year they have pretzel crust. I wait all year for them to bring the stuffed pretzel crust pizza back. It’s literally the only good thing they serve. The first time I try to order it they tell me they’re not doing the stuffed crust pretzel pizzas. Only regular crust. I am disgusted by the incompetency displayed and I am disgusted by the pizza they serve.
