If anyone else is like me it can be hard spending money on pasta, but this was well worth it. Our server Katheryn greated us promptly told us of app special got drink order. We were really thinking about calamari, but tried the special. YUM! She also brought out hot bread with delicious garlic butter.
I asked for recommendations between 2 dishes and ended up with zesty pasta and was able to get it with combo of meats. Soo good (personally should have asked if I could get mushrooms added). Husband got prime rib cooked on grill and it has so many sides! It was perfect.
Our server is what took this lovely meal to the top. She provided the best service we have had not only in the area but downstate as well.
We will for sure be going back.

We chose Rosa’s for our 14th anniversary dinner, and we are so glad we did! We would recommend Rosa’s Outlook Inn, without question, to anyone. From the ease of making a reservation online through Google to the best steak sauce and pasta we’ve ever had, our experience was top-notch from beginning to end. Our server was personable and kind and provided excellence service (thank you, Katheryn!).
Heads up, the entree portions are humongous! You can easily share a dish between two or three people and still likely have leftovers. It would be very easy to dine here family style and have half of the people choose a dish to share around the table. We thoroughly enjoyed our Honey Chicken Alfredo, French Onion Soup, and a special from the night- a Blackened Ribeye with the most incredible cream based steak sauce (I wanted to take a BATH in that sauce it was SO GOOD!)
If you’re looking for an excellent place to take the family or to enjoy a special night with a loved one, this is the place for you.

Kathryn is for sure the best server ever. She is very attentive and knows exactly what we want every time we visit. The food is amazing and the atmosphere of the place is awesome, always clean and they play great background music. By far my favorite restaurant in the area.

We chose to celebrate our 39th anniversary with dinner at Rosa’s with family. We were greeted and seated promptly. Waitstaff was friendly and answered questions I had about the menu. Food came out timely and at preferred temperatures. I had the crispy chicken pasta special and it was tasty. Overall it was a good meal and a friendly atmosphere.

Best Italian place i have EVVVEEERRRR found. I have eaten here a few times and havent found a single thing i didnt thoroughly enjoy. The wait staff is absolutely incredible. Very fast and friendly. Did not rush us out the door after we had finished either. Its a shame i cant give this an extra 2 stars. Definately hands down best restaurant around. The prime rib pasta, zesty chicken penne, bourbon chicken, and the cajun crusted chicken pasta are a MUST try!!! Everything is beyond fantastic! Ive added pictures of 95% of all my meals.

Nice place for a quiet dinner. Excellent chicken dishes. Loved the tiramisu for dessert with good robust coffee. I felt comfortable dining alone. My server, Katherine, was EXCEPTIONAL. I want to try their other desserts next time!

It’s been a long time since both of us have been thoroughly impressed!! Everything, literally everything was top notch!! Mia was our server and she holds the balance of attentiveness while affording us our privacy, absolute professionalism. Drinks were generously proportioned, and the wine would please a connoisseur. The calamari was phenomenal, the prime rib pasta comes HIGHLY recommended, as well as the lasagna. A free cannoli for being our first time!! Overall the appetizer, soup/ salad, main course and dessert was well timed, and fairly priced. Will most definitely be returning, and they come highly recommended!!

Will be back. I judge a steak by one standard only. Is it better than I can make? The answer here is yes. Cooked to perfection! If I can eat a ribeye with no fat left on the plate, then it’s done/cooked right. Not a morsel left. Mushrooms and onions were on point and a perfect addition to the bitterness of the char. Outstanding and will definitely be back when I’m in the area!
