I have never in my life been so disappointed in wings we bought. I bought these to celebrate by hard working staff and they were dry and burnt. I don’t even know how a business like this exists. They shorted my order and sent fries I didn’t order. What a huge disappointment. And many staff who now know better than to buy their wings at this place! Anyone can make wings better than this!

Don’t order for delivery. Received my door dash 1 hour after it was picked up. I got to watch the driver go to a undisclosed address for 45 minutes after it was picked up. It is cold, stale and inedible now. Throwing these wilted fries and wings in the trash. Total waste of $45.

The first thing of note is how difficult it is to find this place. I had no idea that it was inside of Chili’s. Driving in circles thinking my GPS was wrong was not fun at all. I ordered lemon pepper wings and sweet chili wings. They were both adequate, but not something I would go out of my way to order again. I even forgot to get a picture for the review.

This place is trash. It’s not even a restaurant. It’s garbage being sold out the back of a Chili’s. Don’t expect to be taken care of if you paid online and you’re unhappy, because Chili’s can’t help you.
Do yourself a favor and just go to the Taco Bell next door. You’ll save $10 and get better food quality.
If you want wings, go pretty much anywhere else. This is no better than fast food.

Wings were dry, overcooked and seemed to have been cooked early in the day, or even the day before.
Very underwhelming.
Did not tell you that fries were included which lead to us ordering two extra portions of fries which were wasted .
Fries were also very average.
Would not recommend and was an expensive waste of money.

I wanted the ad deal 11 free wings with a $20 order. No instructions, even tried to Google it and it shows up. There’s only a $5 reward with a $20 order and you gotta sign up.

I ordered smoked Buffalo wings, they were not smoked they were very soggy and they were cheap with the buffalo sauce on top of that customer service is terrible they saw me standing at the pick up area nobody asked if they could help me they would just walk pass me like I wasn’t there. I’m definitely not returning.
