I really enjoyed my experience at the Lansing location. I have been to the Clinton township location before but this one stands out. Emily was so attentive and continually asked if my experience was good and if there was anything she could do to make it better. She was very timely with my drinks when I initially sat down and when it came time to change the grill. The food was amazing and the service even better. The atmosphere is calm, and it doesn’t smell smoky or anything like you’d expect from cooking your own food. I would recommend Kpot Lansing and Emily for sure!

We had a great time here. The waiter was friendly & did a great job at explaining the ordering process to us first-timers. There were lots of options & all the food tasted great. It’s all you can eat; once you order more food, a separate server brings it to you. She was super quick as well! Environment was great and everything was clean.

My husband and I went the other day to try out hot pot for the first time and it was great! We got a variety of items including squid, beef, octopus, etc! The staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and informative as well. The food came fresh and was delicious! Thank you again for giving us a great night out to talk about 🙂

We had an amazing experience! The staff truly went above and beyond for us. My husband has allergies, and they were incredibly helpful and accommodating, which made us feel so comfortable. Our server Amanda was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We absolutely love KPOT in Lansing and can’t wait to come back!

5 stars across the board! I’ll admit we were initially intimidated to come to a place where we’d have to cook our food and pick our spices but it was a wonderful experience! Danny our server took time to explain the process and assist us and couldn’t have been more friendly or attentive!! We enjoyed the experience and the food so much we came back a few days later!! We also tried the one in Grand Rapids and all I can say is – come to Lansing instead, less busy, nicer staff, and they have sushi and crab legs at the appetizer bar!

Tried Kpot for the first time with my mother. I am greatful for the experience but for $87 I’m not impressed. Glad we went and had the experience but probably won’t be back.
Somewhat felt like we where being watched over by staff, but when we actually needed help (such as turning on our soups. We had to figure out that on our own.) No one was around.
Our server was sweet, explained how the menu worked and what things where for but it felt like we where rushed through the whole process.

Good atmosphere and solid service. My buddy showed up like he was competing on a BBQ show and ordered enough for a small army. Took over the grill so I barely got a turn, but I can’t lie, the food was great.
