Customer service was really horrible, not one Adult in sight. I’m all for hiring teens/young adults but please give them proper training on how to deal with hectic situations. They were pretty busy, and the fact that I ordered over the phone with the automatic system, my order went to another store. Neither I or the employee knew this, but Instead of the cashier helping solve this issue she basically told me that I didn’t order over the phone because that wasn’t an option. So, basically called me a liar lol. So I decided to just reorder my food because I’m already there. The cashier gave me pure attitude the whole time. Then she goes to get the “manager” who was also very dumbfounded and absolutely no help. After I order the food, I noticed there was an option for the same item to be made into a kids meal. I ask can we make it a kids meal and I would pay the difference…do you know the girl snatched the food out from in front of me and said We’re just gonna have to make it over!! SO, INSTEAD OF JUST GIVING ME THE APPLE JUICE, AND APPLE SAUCE AND CHARGING ME EXTRA, YOUR GONNA DECIDE TO HAVE ME WAIT …AGAIN…FOR THE SAME ITEM????!!!!! yeah…so now I’M PISSED. So now we both are mad lol. Just was an overall horrible experience. I never had noodles and company before because we dont eat out often. 1st and last time for me.

Mixed feelings. The food was good and it was served hot. I was annoyed about the fountain coke promo for $1.00, the sign was not clear that I potentially had to be a rewards member, so I got charged full price. Also, the poor girl was running till and cooking and couldn’t keep up. It took 11 minutes to get my food. One person waiting left. Also, the floor felt greasy and slick, walking to the bathroom I had to take baby penguin steps to not slip and fall. The carpet had food and garbage on it. One booth was out of order and another a few chairs were ripped. This place needs cleaning and repairs and more staff. However, my staff person was very bubbly – shout out to her!

All five stars sounds impossible, but hear me out! The employees here are super efficient and genuine about the satisfaction of the customers. The cashier we had, was such a vibe. He communicated so well, and didn’t leave any of us wondering when our order would be out. Since we did order a lot, he did an extra check to make sure all our orders were in the bag! I love the food here also, I always get their small pesto pasta with tofu as the toppings! It is so good, I could eat it everyday.

We enjoyed the pesto cavatappi with tofu and pesto zoodles (zucchini noodles) also with tofu. While both were tasty, the prices at this restaurant were expensive. I will likely not return due to the lack of value. The service was excellent and our cashier was so patient as we (novice to this restaurant) stumbled through our inexperienced order!

I’ve always purchased extra sauce with this dish because it’s so dry. With the extra sauce and chicken it’s a yummy dish. However, I absolutely regret having dinner from here today. The chicken was next to nothing, it seems the chicken was substituted for an excessive amount of egg. I like eggs just not burnt. The sauce was excessive which I thought was odd. I’m guessing it was to cover up the only thing I could taste which was the burnt eggs. Very disappointed!!! The photo shows about half of the burned eggs that were in this dish.

Love this noodles! They guarantee their food is tasty and if you aren’t happy with your choice they will exchange for something else. When the drink machine went down, they gave us free choices from the bottles in their cooler. Love the customer service!! Very generous portions and lots of healthier choices as well as comfort food favs. I tried the new zoodles. If you like zucchini it’s worth a taste. Staff member, John, was particularly helpful.

I ordered online Japanese Pan Noodles with Marinated Steak. When I got home I noticed there was no steak in the bowl. I called them and let them know, I had understood they would remake the food. I brought the one I had back to the store with me. They only offered a few pieces of steak in a small bowl. They refused to remake the order even after telling them it was 10 minutes home, 10 min back to the store, and 10 min back home again, the noodles I had were cold. The manager did not care and returned my money without refunding the tip for food I did not receive. Horrible experience!!
