Just don’t go here. One staff member has a frown on her face and the other staff members are quite kind. The wait for food especially if you’re picking up is a 10-15 minute wait and made to order. So riddle me this, why allow for call-ins? Just to still have to wait for your food to be prepared and the establishment isn’t busy.
I feel sorry for the dashers who pick up and deliver they deserve extra tips for their long wait because their time is being pulled because they are waiting on pre-ordered food that should be ready upon arrival however, their particular establishment doesn’t do so.

The last few time I have come here the food has not been good. The rice taste different. Not like fried rice. The rice is not the same texture as it was before. Very few eggs or vegetables in rice. The food is bland and tasteless. I ordered Hawaiian chicken and it was soggy with no taste. Couldn’t eat it.

I’ve been eating at this place for a while now, and I love it!!! The people are nice, and sweet whenever I go there. I always get their chicken, and shrimp bowl with 2 yum yum sauces with a large fruit punch. It’s a good combination, and trust me… it is.

My husband and I went to Terriyaki Express after church yesterday, 2/11/2024, so it was around noon. We both ordered hibachi. He were sitting in the food court waiting for our food to be prepared. The two young ladies behind the counter had drinking cups behind them on the counters they were leaning against. The lady serving the food kept drinking from her container and putting her hands in her face, around her mouth and nose. The lady cashier kept putting her hands in her mouth and nose as well. They went on serving people as they walked up. Neither washed their hands. This is very unsanitary and I will not be eating there anymore. This is very unprofessional as well. They definitely shouldn’t be allowed to have drinking cups that they’re using near the food being served. And they should not touch their face, nose and mouth while serving consumers. This can spread contamination. The state health department needs to visit this place. I’m sure they are in violation of other unsanitary practices as well

I went to this restaurant a while back and bought take out for my entire family. Got home and my daughter immediately found long hair in her food. I then called and was told to bring it back. When I got there they refused to give me a refund and only offered to give me more hairy food. We had paid over $40 for this meal so I was very upset. I ended up losing my money and customers behind me ended up eating hair infested food. IF IN THE MALL DO NOT EAT HERE..GO TO FAMOUS WOK!!

Service was good and no line today. Food is ok but either overcooked or left under heat lamps too long. Meat is tasty but chewy and hard. Will think twice before eating here again

Very mediocre Asian fusion at best. Most “mall Chinese” restaurants are much more flavorful than this. The pepper steak literally tasted like unseasoned chewy steak slices dipped in oil with black pepper sprinkled on top. Mixed veggies were unseasoned and undercooked. Overall, probably a notch or two worse than Panda Express, which really says a lot.
