Had a hankering for a good cheesesteak sandwich. Used the online app and it was super easy to customize and order. They had my sandwich ready 10 minutes. The staff is friendly and work fast.
I hot the Medium 10” and it eas stuffed with fresh grilled meats and grilled mushrooms, onions and peppers. The tasted was great and filled me up.
If you are down town and want a great sandwich option, try this place.

I’m reaching out regarding my order from February 25th, 2026 at 3:30 PM. I ordered three hoagies, and unfortunately there were several issues that made the experience disappointing.
Two of the sandwiches were missing the special sauce I requested, and my chicken cheese steak was missing the cheese entirely. In addition, the chicken portion was so small that a quarter of the roll had no meat at all by the time I finished it.
Given the number of mistakes in a single order, the overall experience was not very good, and it has made me hesitant to return.
I wanted to bring this to your attention so the store is aware of what happened. Thank you for taking the time to review this.

Went around 1:30pm exactly the time it was supposed to be done! Immediately got greeted once at the register! Which I had ordered online the person said just 2 more minutes! Then bam 2 came it was ready! It was hot and delicious !! The flavor and spice of every bite was amazing! I didn’t take a picture because I was hungry and craving it! One thing I would mention is that they should add just little bit more steak but not to much more! That but the grease from the grilled topping which the bun taste good of that was all you had left! I would not change a thing about dibellas! This sub place is one of the greatest just like uncle sams subs!! 5/5

You tell it’s gonna be good from the time you walk in the front door take your ticket. This should be the best place in Pittsburgh not ( Primanti bros. ).
The service is awesome fast fun and friendly. The atmosphere is a great sub shop vibe people eating great food and talking to.

I absolutely loved these sandwiches. The quality of the meat tasted fresh. You choose your style of sandwich then pick your bread, the everything beagle seasoning was phenomenon on this sandwich. Then you choose your size, the 7” one was a good size for me. Then you pick your toppings and you can put all those toppings you want on there a good selection of toppings. I’m very impressed one of the best sandwiches I’ve had.

I tried this for lunch and the Cheese Steak was outstanding. It was packed full of cheese, meat, and all the fixings. Later in the week I returned at night near to closing time. The selections for bread were limited and it wasn’t quite as full as the one I received during the lunch hour. It was still good but the lunchtime sandwich was so much better. I recommend going to earlier and not so close to closing time. You won’t be disappointed.

Went there for the first time. What a great crew, we are newish to the area… so I always ask what the fav is or what they are known for… the gal said “the godfather”, one of the guys said on “everything bread”… so that’s what I did. Holy, what a great combo. Got the meat and onions fried and cheese melted… when in the area, we will be back.
