Domenico’s in Temecula is one of those places that keeps us coming back, and overall it’s a very solid dining experience. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere stands out. It feels warm, comfortable, and well put together, whether you’re there for a relaxed dinner or a special occasion. The setting alone makes it easy to settle in and enjoy the night.
The staff deserves a lot of credit. Service is consistently great and the team is professional, attentive, and genuinely good at what they do. You never feel rushed, and they do a nice job checking in without hovering. That kind of service goes a long way and really adds to the overall experience.
As for the food, the filet has been excellent every time I’ve ordered it. It’s cooked well, flavorful, and clearly a strong item on the menu. The mushroom pasta is also a favorite of mine and can be outstanding when it’s done right. That said, this is where my only real criticism comes in. The pasta has been a little inconsistent from visit to visit, sometimes better than others, which is why I’m giving four stars instead of five.
Even with that small issue, Domenico’s is still a place I’d highly recommend. The combination of atmosphere, service, and overall food quality makes it a great option in Temecula, and I’ll definitely continue going back. I wish I could give a score 4.8 stars.

We came here for a date night with another couple. It was the perfect choice. The interior is beautifully done. We sat on the patio and even in the summer heat it was pleasant. We ordered the brie appetizer and devoured it so quickly I couldn’t even snap a picture! We ordered a mix of cocktails and beer, all were delicious. Two people ordered the burgers and they couldn’t stop raving about them. I tried a French fry and it was perfection. Perfectly seasoned and crisp on the outside, soft on the inside. Two ordered mushroom and truffle dishes, both scrumptious. The food and drinks were outstanding. Service was quick and attentive. Highly recommend dining here.

The food was good. OTHER than the Risotto. Do not and I repeat do not get the Risotto. We came here and it is the first picture I posted. The Risotto had absolutely 0 flavor. I asked them to take it back and bring grilled cheese for me. The grilled cheese took 35 minutes to come out so I told them I didn’t want it and shared with my spouse. The grilled cheese, burgers and fries were great! The Grenache wine was lovely. Service was not so great here as it took forever when it shouldn’t. Also, the ice cream is something you can get at Restraunt Depot as I saw them scooping it in the window.

We chose Domenico’s for our 30th anniversary. We made a reservation for Monday, October 20th. What a perfect choice!!! We had such an amazing evening we can’t thank Robin and the staff enough for how amazing the evening was. My wife and I both agree that it’s the best meal we have ever had. We are from the Phx valley and we can’t wait until we get back. Ask for Robin. Perfect decor, inside and out.

The service from Erika was very attentive and sincerely wanting to please. They need to work out communication – too many people and one not knowing what the other is doing. I am sure that will be worked out during the remainder of the soft launch. My drink was too sweet, but Erika was quick to fix that, and it turned out great. Our food was delicious, but please do not tout yourself as a new restaurant when you kept the same menu from Avensole. Same dishes prepared the same way. Nice view and breezes from the patio seating. I did not care for the cheesecake as it had a truffle sauce. Very kind of them to serve it complimentary for a special occasion. I am looking forward to the winery opening.

First time. This is a great looking place. Great lighting and faint live music lofting about from the adjacent outdoor patio created a very nice & chill vibe. Comfortable… and I had a great view through the plexi-glass of the kitchen and it’s staff perform this freaking finely choreographed ballet. So many people working. Expo, sauté, sous, pantry, desserts, runners, Carts operators (for table side prep), bussers, greeters, bartenders, managers and what I can only assume; a Head Chef. (if i am right, this woman was in complete control and a joy to watch work. Red hair, different colored jacket. Awesome)
Service was TOO much, but who am i too complain about TOO much service!! Very young, seemingly inexperienced albeit friendly and knowledgeable. I would go back for sure, i would want to go on the busiest night and watch the kitchen again. It’s impressive.

Had a wonderful dinner during Domenico’s soft opening. The staff provided a great dining experience and delivered exceptional service from beginning to end. We ordered the Beef Tartare for an appetizer and the Beef Wellington and American Wagyu Steak for our entrees- everything was delicious and well presented! For dessert, we ordered the seasonal crumble with ice cream. As for drinks, their Limoncello Martini and Pliny the Elder hit the spot. Overall, I highly recommend checking out this new gem. Delicious food, I got the pappardelle with chicken (both were so tasty!!!) and my aunts and uncle all got the burgers, I tried a bite and the traditional burger was delicious. Next time I want to try the risotto! We split the brussel sprouts and calamari and both were incredibly delicious, the calamari was the most tender calamari I have ever had. David was out server and he was the one to recommend the pappardelle, he was great!

The food was amazing, I got the ribeye and my husband got the wagyu New York steak. The sides: Brussels sprouts, Mac n cheese and mushrooms were the best. We had the table side Caesar salad experience, the gal that made it was so sweet and ensured the dressing was to our par. We will be back.
