Worst BBQ ever! I gave this place a second chance which I now regret. The brisket was extremely dry and lacked so much flavor, but the ribs were ok at best. My wife’s pulled pork was also dry, and the biggest disappointment were the hush puppies which were fried so long they were burnt and DRY! Just look at the pictures idk how this place even has good rating. Take 309 south 15 minutes and head over to Jesse’s BBQ. I’m sorry for using the word “Dry” so many times, but I’ve never been so upset especially driving all the way from Philadelphia.

Great BBQ. I had the 2 meat platter with ribs and pulled pork, and waffle fries. Everything was great. MeatWagon is inside the Trolley Barn building. There is seating for the entire trolley barn area not anything specific for the MeatWagon.

This was my first time coming to the Trolley Barn we had a pulled pork sandwich, buffalo chicken cheese steak and some waffle fries the food was delicious and the ladies behind the counter were very friendly!! Definitely will be back.

Meat Wagon BBQ serves up the best in home-made barbecue. This location can be found in Quakertown, PA inside the Trolley Barn Public Market.
A majority of the menu consists of meats and sides. The meats; brisket, pulled pork, chicken, kielbasa, Italian sausage, and ribs. The sides; mac & cheese, baked beans, street corn, coleslaw, collard greens, potato salad, mashed potatoes, tater tots, waffle fries, and cornbread. They also have a few appetizers, smoked wings, and boneless tenders.
I ordered one of their family value packs. It included brisket, chicken, mac & cheese, baked beans, street corn , waffle fries, and cornbread (2 meats, 4 sides + cornbread). Everything was amazing! The meats were super tender and all the sides were packed with flavor.
As of right now Meat Wagon has my top spot for BBQ restaurants. I can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu!

Brisket sandwich was incredible! Juicy and full of flavor. Not sure what seasoning they put on the Mac and cheese but whatever it is it’s delicious! Owner was so sweet too, gave me and my husband an extra bag of chips since we were sharing our meal!

Got the 3 meats platter with 2 sides. Ribs, brisket, pulled pork, mac&cheese, and baked beans. The meat was so fall-off-the-bone tender and smoked to perfection. The pulled pork was full of flavor and paired perfectly with the sweet tang of the bbq sauce. The Mac has a spice to it that enhances the flavor nicely and really makes it feel taste like the perfect bbq side. The 3 meats plat was enough to feed my 3 adult group, and a hearty and delicious lunch for under $30 is hard to beat. Overall 20/10, would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

We got the two meet platter with Pulled Pork, Chicken, Waffle Fries, and Mashed Potatoes and I have to say the food was top quality! The fries were seasoned well and crispy and the chicken and pork were fall-off-the-bone tender! Combined with the sweet BBQ sauce the meat was delectable! 10/10 would recommend this BBQ restaurant!

I ordered take out for a 50 person party. Michelle answered all my questions and talked to me even outside business hours. The pulled pork and pulled chicken wre so flavorful. I appreciated the vacuum sealed packages I could transport to my party location and it heated nicely in crock pots.

We got the brisket, pulled pork, rolls and veggies catered. They let us pick up at the quakertown location which helped out immensely. They responded fast with emails and helped us create a payment plan.
Food was good! Pulled pork had larger chunks in it. Veggies were ok. Brisket was definitely their best out of all we tried. The trays only came with one candle each to keep them hot. This was not quite enough, but we made due. Overall good experience! Get the brisket! Worth the extra money.
We have used them for individual meals as well. Those are always hot enough and amazing! The corn and mashed potatoes are good!
