Went here today after for 4 hours into my commute. I waited for about 5 minutes in the drive thru, which made excited thinking I was about to get freshly prepared food. That wasn’t the case. My burger was cold, the cheese looked really old and the burger was soooo overcooked that it was crunchy. I love BYB but this is unacceptable. I would never serve anything to someone that I wouldn’t be willing to eat. Took one bite and lost my appetite. I would have taken it back but I had to get on with my commute. Almost 15 bucks down the drain!

Driving thru Ms, and stopped at what I thought would be good burger place. I was wrong. Our burgers were cold and bland. O ly the condiments gave them flavor. The fries were cold. The order taker was pleasant, food came out fast, but it was not good.

I ordered two burgers from here when I got off work last night. Let’s just say I was excited for no reason. I unwrapped the first burger before I was even out of the parking lot. The burger patty was just as cold as the lettuce and tomato on it. So I wrapped it back up and threw it in the bag. Grabbed some fries, same thing, ice cold. Tried the other burger, same thing. It was still 2 hours before they closed so I don’t understand why I was getting cold food. I put them in the microwave when I got to where I was going, which was 3 hours away, and they weren’t terrible once the were warm. I will definitely find another place to go next time. I had such high hopes tho. Bummer

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered the bacon cheddar combo left the window they did not put the bacon on the burger so I returned the burger. The cashier took the burger and gave it to the cook. Our fries were cold so we asked for hot fries the cook came to the window and shouted I just dropped those fries using profanity. Because of this behavior I asked for a refund, because I was afraid that they would do something to my food. The cashier that refunded my money was rude. Because I paid with cash and a credit card she refunded it the same way that it was purchased, which was acceptable. But when I asked her if it went back to my card she stated that I could check my account to see. Horrible customer service. I wish whoever is over this store at 165 Goodman Road west in Southaven, Ms would retrain their workers because they are going to lose money. I sent $49.11 for this purchased. My server name was Erica B. I’m not sure if that was a manager or not who refunded my money but she was rude also. I’m sure your store has cameras at the drive thru window and if you looked at this footage you will know that I’m not exaggerating or making this up.

This shift at the Batesville location is amazing. Kendarius the cook did a great job and made the food fresh, and the server was very aware of our needs. The manager Andrea was very welcoming, she spoke and did a wonderful job

I ordered the classic and honey BBQ, both tasted delicious! A great choice if you’re looking for a quick high end burger but don’t want to spend too much money. About 13$-15$ each including tax. Drive thru option is very quick, I waited about 8 mins.
