I’ve started patronizing Biggby for the last couple months. I stopped to get a coffee but was unfamiliar with the menu. The employees were kind, patient, and helpful. They let me know that all the drinks could be altered to meet my needs/wants. I often get the tropic without sparkling water-substitute w lemonade w zip. I have visited several other Biggby stores but this one without fail always makes it the best and my order is always correct. My daughter also has lactose intolerance an we have to sub regular milk for almond milk and we’ve never had a problem. The staff is always kind, pleasant, and efficient. I go to this store above others even if it’s out of the way bc I know I won’t be disappointed. I visit way too often and have never been dissatisfied.

Would like to thank this location for saving me gas and money. The convenience was the real treat, but the only consistent thing about my (simple) order was that it was never made properly, and my requests to speak to a manager lead me to believe the store is run by a tube of lip gloss. So I just make it at home now and spare us all the tip-beg. Level up, girlies.

I was grabbing breakfast for my mom & sister & they asked for Bigby’s. I’ve never had their beverages or food myself. Tried to order online and they disabled it for some reason. Then I go in to order. I never go here so I tried to show the cashier my phone which had all the items listed that my family wanted. She made me read it out loud to her & forgot to give me my mom’s donut holes, yet I still got charged for them. Lol. Also said “thank you” & none of the employees reciprocated, just gave me a look. Probably will try on another day because the menu did look good, just not a good experience for my first time.

Been here 5 or 6 times since they opened. Always fast and friendly. Tried some food for the first time today. A little bit spendier than some other places but you actually get a fresh bagel for your sandwich, and you have more options, so it’s worth it. Much better than the thawed out biscuits or croissants at the fast food places. Will be back.

I had a bad pastry expierence on my first visit that really soured my opinion. however since I have become a lover of their coffee. Their coffee is hands down the best. cold brew is top notch, service is always great and the atmosphere always seems lively and happy. highly recommend!!!

Mills family owns and runs the best Biggys in my opinion. I always have an incredible experience at their locations. Drinks are delicious and consistent. Employees are friendly and welcoming. They almost always offer my dogs a pup cup and if they don’t, they are still happy to provide them with one. This location is new but you wouldn’t know it with how well it is run.

5 star experience for sure. In my fast 10 minutes there I approached the counter to be greeted by the manager . I said I’d never been and asked what sets them apart from other coffee places. I got the best genuinely kind explanation that answered every question I had. In 10 minutes of me being there my drink and food came out fast and I could still notice the manager effortlessly cleaning, making, taking orders greeting people, helping employees. This is an amazing environment.

I stopped by Biggby today and got a cup of coffee in the drive-through. Their new seasonal spring coffee was excellent and the customer service was even better. There were two young ladies working the drive-through. I did not catch their names, but both Were very friendly, and did a wonderful job!
