I’ve lived in a lot of places in a lot of cities and towns in my life and never experienced such shitty service from Domino’s Pizza. In my life, it doesn’t matter who is there or who’s working, or what managers are on shift. The pizza is always overcooked, but the Parmesan bites are not. Overcooked half the time they forget your dipping sauce. They don’t even get your order right. Every time I order from this Domino’s I have an issue with the food. It’s always overcooked or undercooked when they try to fix their problem that they made the first time and they don’t cut their pizzas very well because they burn the bottom of them and then when they try to cut them the pieces won’t even come apart because the dough is burnt. I’m so tired of complaining when nothing ever happens. Honestly. I just made an order tonight. Hoping things would have changed there but nope still the same really. I just want my money back. I don’t want any more free food. Don’t offer me a free medium pizza anymore because I don’t want your food. I just want my money back for my order because I’m so sick of it and the sad thing is it’s the only pizza place that you can order from around here so they really need to put a Papa John’s or Cici’s Pizza, Little Caesars even in here Rockport… We do have a Pizza Hut in Fulton but not one of my faves and too expensive. Domino’s definitely has better prices and deals now only if they could actually get the food right!!!!

Great experience! Staff is friendly and helpful, Clean environment with plenty of sitting space, Food was fresh and fantastic! My order was ready in less then 10 minutes. Best Dominoes in the area.

Thank you Dylan from Rockport location! These stars are for you!! My kids had sports things run late so My husband ordered pizza online for me to pickup. Somehow the order was canceled and my husband didnt know (online issue or something). Dylan assured me he would help get our pizzas out asap and did just that!! So thankful I was met with a calm and happy face as I was a bit stressed!!

I don’t know who my delivery gentleman is but normally I get the same guy. He’s young I’d say 20s the nicest delivery person I think I have ever had. I wish I knew his name and next time I order I will ask him. He is always got something nice to say comments on some thing all the time he knows me by name if Domino’s is reading this, I wanted to make sure his manager knows that he has a very special employee that should be valued good is hard to come by and he is extraordinary and goes above and beyond to be nice and kind so this is the person that lives at 201 Copano Heights and I want to say thank you very muchfor your kindness you make a difference and thank you again. I hope your manager sees this and I am going to make a point of making sure I find out your name and I will call your manager personally thank you.

04/03/22…yes, each item we ordered did arrive, but it was so far from hot and fresh. At this point I’m just going to assume no management/owners actually care for customers that literally order twice per week.
03/27/23 update…this is what our tots looked like, not at all what they advertise. Gross and inedible. Definitely disappointed!
Little issue last night, driver only brought the desserts we ordered. Driver said he’d go back and get the whole order (we didn’t take even the dessert boxes he did have)…unfortunately saw him back in our neighborhood 30 minutes later and since he didn’t come by here we called the store. Person I spoke to had no idea of any issues with our order, but after speaking with the manager on duty, remade our order and sent it right out for delivery. It was hot and fresh…mistakes happen and I’m glad they fixed it quickly.

I order pizza all the time from this location. I always get a ckn parm (garlic sauce) pizza. All of the employees are awesome! They always help me even when it’s last minute. They are always fast at getting the orders right and made fast. Compared to most pizza places. It usually takes anywhere between 25mins to some places 45mins to an hr or so, if not longer on weekends. But I’ve never waited over 20 mins on any order I’ve placed. Great location to eat if visiting. Or if local.. Then you already know.. yum. Thanks everyone for the great service and food.
