Everything about this place is BAD!!!!
The lady who took my order couldn’t get my name right, when the delivery driver arrived he was frustrated at the girl who answers the phone saying she’s always on her phone not paying attention. When I got my regular pizza it was undercooked! Believe it or not so was the thin crust in certain areas. So I called back and she said we can send you the regular but the thin crust was fine!!!! I use to work at a pizza place! NEITHER OF THE PIZZAS WERE COOKED! So she continues to argue, and said they will take back the other 2 pizzas when they bring the 2 new ones but that they are going to be cooked the same, so I asked her if they can run them through x2 and she said it will be burned so I said well half way at least and she said they can’t!?!?! Seriously? All you do is slide the pizza back in the oven again. One hand motion and she fought me left and right, I said fine bring the pizzas. I called back and said you know what cancel the pizzas and just give me refund that it’s already past my lunchtime. This female had the AUDACITY to tell me “her system DOESNT ALLOW REFUNDS. Again proceeding to fight me tooth and nail, just for her to HANG UP ON ME!!!!! Horrible food, horrivle service! DONT WASTE UR MONEY HERE, THEY DONT DESERVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

This team was slammed today for Halloween and they kept their composure, charisma, and energy flowing for the entire time I was there. It took a while but was to be expected because of the holiday. The whole team was in sync and they communicated well with me and the other customers. They were apologetic but I reminded them that they had no reason to apologize! I hope they got home and got some rest and this message is shared with the team that worked today! You all are some champs and if Speedy’s Pizza has an amazing year, it’s because of locations and staff like this! Thank you all for your fast and friendly service and hanging in there today!

Their pizza and wings are very delicious! It doesn’t matter what toppings you choose or flavor of the boneless wings, they pile it on and the ranch dressing they include for the wings adds even more delicious flavor!!
The prices are very reasonable and that’s another reason we keep ordering from Speedys and will continue.

We ordered here two seperate times in two weeks and both times were disappointing.
Both were large orders for a work group with a variety of pizzas. The first time, the pizza was greasy and it made me feel sick later that night after I had 3 different slices. A number of coworkers expressed the same thing.
Second time we had some wings as well as the pizzas. The wings were OK but nothing special. They are frozen and the sauces are alright. The pizza again was greasy and some seemed under cooked from what others said. Only had one slice this time so I didnt feel as sick later. I guess its Ok if you only have one slice, but I would just spend a few more dollars for something better.

– minus one ⭐- because I asked if they had vegan cheese. The first girl said “Yes!” .then once the 2nd girl took my order. She said they were out of vegan cheese. I asked if they could add Italian seasoning to the pizza, she said they have never heard of anyone asking for it. I thought it was a staple to have Italian seasoning in all pizza places, after all it’s Pizza what they’re making! Anyways. Their customer service is great with room for improvement. . my “La Mexicana” pizza, smells delicious and looks pretty good. Fast service.

Food made me sick! The wings had a funny taste and the pizza was so gross that we had to stop eating it. We ended up tossing it all out which is a shame because we spent around $50 in pizza and wings. it was such a horrible experience!!! We’ve had speedys before but it had never tasted like this. Just so you know we ordered pineapple with ham and jalapeño and this is what we got. It was so bad!

Simple pepperoni pizza and they couldn’t get that right. Smh. Took it back and spoke to the manager supposedly and she said… you want another pizza or your money back or you can get your pizza somewhere else. So unprofessional and rude. She wouldn’t even give me her name so I could address the issue to her boss. I will never get a pizza from here again. Everyone get your pizza elsewhere. Anywhere but here. No costumer service whatsoever.

Where do I begin? The employees are beyond rude and feel entitled. Ordered over phone, they couldn’t hear me so I spoke louder then they said i was yelling. Second lil girl was slow as ever again had to spell out loud even in terms “I as in igloo, B as in befooooooorrrrruuuuhhh!!! It was a nightmare. I asked to well done but they only burn the crust. I wanted the bottom of the pizza cooked!! Crispy not wet and soggy. This used to be my favorite spot. The”manager” claims to have a need to protect her employees when including her cannot get a single tasks done. I know they are young in high school more than likely have kids at young ages but NOONE made you work there. It’s your job, NOT YOUR BUSINESS. The owner needs to grab a hold of these employees before no one returns. The employees job is to serve the customers. Be polite and have manners. If you can’t do that quit. Do yard work. Be professional. I own food trucks in juarez and any of my cooks act this way with my customers are fired then slapped. I called and complained after they delivered this awful pizza and still said I would wait over an hour. This is ridiculous it’s so so bad. If I wasn’t on probation I’d go cause problems but damn. I’m just furious at the garbage service, customer service, just all around speedys lost a loyal customer. Very very disappointed
