First time to eat at Stubb’s. Friendly & fast service. Brisket was a bit on dry side, I prefer moist. Ribs & sausage were very good. The Serrano spinach was excellent. Potato salad was good. I felt the bbq sauce was just above average. Beans just average, didn’t taste fresh made, like maybe it’s out of can. Atmosphere was cool.

I always enjoy going to concerts at Stubbs. It’s a smaller venue so anywhere you stand will have a great view. Tickets are usually reasonably priced. There’s great drink options. And if you want to go out after the concert, the venue is right downtown and close to other restaurants and bars.

Did the bbq brunch here, was fantastic. Reservation required, quick seating once it opened. BBQ was great and the band were brilliant. Well worth it for the experience.
The place does plenty of other events too.

People are friendly here, and this place is nice.
The brisket I had is a little bit dry, but the rib is good.

We’ve been to two concerts at Stubb’s and both experiences were great. When we were in line before the doors opened, a lightening storm rolled in and the staff invited everyone inside to take shelter. The GM did a great job of keeping everyone informed and reminding folks to be courteous and let those who had been waiting in line the longest to be let out first when the storm rolled away. Excellent leadership skills on his part! The security officers did a fantastic job of intervening with a concert goer who was becoming disruptive after having too much to drink. He handled the situation with calm and care. Thank you Stubb’s for a fun and safe concert experience!

The Green Knight recently attended a concert here at Stubbs. Really cool venue! Casual atmosphere, a lot of people but did not feel crowded. Food Truck was great, bars easy to access, sound quality was excellent.
Fantastic experience!

Austin hot spot! Saw the final Oh Hellos concert here! also saw Brothers Osbourne a while back. Outdoor music venue with gravel so wear comfy shoes even if it clashes with your fit! I promise you’ll thank me!

We came about 6pm. Service was pleasant and prompt. We ordered a 3 meat combo of pulled pork, ribs & sausage accompanied by Texas toast, (actually just thicked sliced white bread reminiscent of wonder bread) sweet potato fries (crisp & delicious) Serrano cheese spinach (liked creamed spinach.ok)
The ribs were dry & overly peppered , pulled pork also a bit dry and sausages (nothing to write home about)
Drank amber ale which was pretty good.
Best parts of meal were sweet potato fries and good service.

The brisket and pork ribs were incredibly dry and beyond the point where it could be saved by BBQ sauce which for some reason tastes better from the grocery store. Potato salad was good but not as mustardy as advertised. Onion ring batter was good but they were poorly coated.
