Beef barbacoa is quickly becoming a favorite protein choice for a burrito.
What I Ordered:
Burrito with beef barbacoa, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, & white cilantro-lime rice. A strawberry/lemon Poppi drink.
The burrito was delicious, with the proper proportions of protein to all other ingredients. It retained its warmth until it was delivered.

Food was pretty good overall. I got a Carne Asada bowl with most toppings. The reason I’m leaving a review is because of Bellal though. His great attitude, mood, and customer service made my day a little better. The rest of the staff was very nice as well. I probably wouldn’t have left a review if Bellal wasn’t working though.

The staff working here were so unprofessional – they were having conversations amongst themselves and dropping cuss words etc completely unaware of the long line of customers. The burritos i ordered were poorly assembled and leaked in the bags.

They give the smallest meat portions that was it irritating. I asked why so little and the woman said she can give more for a charge. Like you gave half the spoon.. But the worst, found a nail in my food. That was the nail on the coffin. Worst chipotle in the area. Go to the on county line.

The reviews on this location are very accurate. When ordering in-store, everything goes smoothly. During COVID, we ordered from here at least 4-5 times, and every time our order was missing something. I’ll give you 1-2 chances, but the mistakes continue and it seems to be getting worse.
Today’s order: half carnitas half barbacoa salad bowl with guacamole. No dressing provided. Very weak guac considering the up charge. My carnitas was literally one large chunk and was 80% straight up fat (see image). Barbacoa was also not shredded and big chunks. My wife got a veggie bowl – very weak guac on this too. Both bowls had fajitas, that were nowhere to be found.
I don’t write reviews often, but chipotle has a limited menu that is always the same – There’s really no excuse for the consistent disappointment at a place like this. The willow grove and warrington locations seem to have it together. I don’t know what’s happening at this location but it needs improvement.

If it was possible to rate zero stars, I would this is not the first time that I’ve had issues ordering food through their app and when I get the food, there is little to no protein and missing ingredients. They charge you an arm and a leg but yet can’t get their portion sizes together unless you were there to watch them physically make your food.

By far the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had in regard to the service around 6pm this past Sunday. Younger female wearing AirPod Maxs while working the line needs to get an ego check learn how to behave in a professional setting. I understand that everyone has a bad day but I’ve never experienced such attitude in a place of business. She then proceeded to pretend that Chipotle does not offer free water cups and charged me $6.50 for 2 water fountain cups…then half way into my meal I literally heard one or two of the employees screaming and hollering like kindergarteners. I don’t let many things bother me, but this was such a ridiculous experience that I had to follow up with a review in case the owner does not realize what’s going on in their business.

This chipotle was so disgusting. There were dirty rags all over the service line touching the food. Very visibly dirty in there. When we walked in, the employee was eating his meal on the service line. Then while we were ordering, a customer came up and said there was no trash can in there and the employee told the guy to leave his trash on the counter (where food is served) and that they would take care of it. It was all used napkins and his half eaten food. While we were ordering there was also a girl scraping old food off the sides of the storage where the food is served and it was going all over place. Stood in line for about 2 minutes while the employees stood there finishing their conversation about another co worker, very awkward as they kept looking at me like I was interrupting something.
The place is in shambles, napkins used cups and sauces litter the fountain drink area, coke and Coke Zero are both empty. Every single table is filthy, forks and napkins tossed everywhere. I’d understand a lot more if they were super busy and couldn’t get to it, but I was the only one in there….
Pretty sad, I love chipotle, but I’d certainly steer clear of this location.

3 hours until closing and they’re out of chips and guac. fridge of drinks is half empty. Manager needs to get her act together. And the tables are gross, I guess because they used a rag from the toilet to wipe them down. Edit: online only ordering is nonsense, why can’t I just tell them what I want instead of making yet another account? Other locations have in person ordering so why not here? What a joke this place is.
Edit: 6 months later and they’re still a joke, they went online order only, but still kept serving off the line, oh and were late with my order. Also the line was totally gross.
Edit again: I was curious to see how they’re doing. A year after the previous edit and they are still trash, digital only, etc. Ok, never coming back here again, I see other reviewers agree with me
