The food was very good. As you would expect from a well-maintained KFC. The dining room room was clean as were the bathrooms. The only negative, was that there was no one to take your order. They had signed out asking you to use the kiosk. The staff was helpful and kind. I would recommend this restaurant.

I stopped at my neighbors [ KFC ] , located at [ 1978 , Osceola Parkway on 1/15/26 to have lunch with my family , and it was a very satisfying experience.. . The Atmosphere was great , all of the attendants were terrific , and very helpful in every way…. The Chicken was beyond delicious, the best chicken I’ve had in ages.
Now that im a part of the neighborhood , I look forward on bringing my family here often..

I been to this KFC plenty of times usually with no issues but today I went there and some lady is mopping the floor with some kind of red or pink hair says nothing at all to me when I walk into the store and then I’m standing at the counter to pick up my delivery order for at least ten minutes and nobody acknowledged that I was there i was like wow then I go thru the drive to see if I can get my order and I told the lady the name for my order twice and it went silent then I drive up to the window another ten minutes waiting nothing and they were not even busy store was empty and I couldn’t get help from not even one employee that works here. Wow I am Never going back to this KFC again and I’m reporting All of You to corporate office!!!!

I have always loved the taste of KFC, but I feel their portion sizes have gotten way smaller for the price you pay. The fries taste great, but I ordered macaroni and cheese along with other sides, and they didn’t even fill up the cup of mac and cheese. Also, the wait is very long and the staff seems to not be in a rush to get the orders done. I don’t know if these problems are unique to only this store, but they need to work on them so that the service can improve.

I ordered by drive thru and was told 3 minutes wait for the Chicken and to go ahead to park on a parking spot and wait. The wait was 14 minutes. There were 3 more cars parked be y yo me. This was on 10/24 at 8:10. They should tell you 10 to 15 minutes wait and then you can decide to pay and wait or leave.

I rated this place a 3. We went through the drive through. We orderred the extra crispy. They said they only had breasts in original recipe. We said fine, we want the breasts, just give us as much of the extra crispy as possible. We got home and had all original recipe, but no breasts. We had no extra crispy pieces. I didn’t feel like driving back 15 minutes to make it right. They need to clean the chicken grease out of their ears in drive through!

I used the online order system and thank goodness I did! This location is extremely busy, just a forewarning.
The busy bees in the back got my order out in good time and the food was hot and fresh.
This will be my go-to KFC henceforth, but only with orders ahead of time at night.

OK so here’s the thing. My customer service experience was 5 ⭐️. My wings were fresh out of the grease and steaming hot. However, I ordered honey BBQ and the indicator on the menu board showed that they were not hot. Well, the wings I was served are . So much so until we could not eat them. I’m so hurt because they are good and fresh and hot!!! Just tooooo spiiiicccyyyyy!!!! . Anyway, I will go back again but I think I’ll stick to my favorite, the chicken pot . Or, I’ll order the plain wings with the sauce on the side.
