Went in with my family and was told we could not eat inside past 9 p.m but was only a rule one employee out of three knew of. Two employees flirted the whole time while one proceeded to lay her top half across the food prep station and they proceeded to make 4 different sandwiches without changing gloves. When asked about the policy we were told it’s always been a rule but didn’t have a sign. The girl proceeded to try to grab our food back after paying for it and then we were told it was fine to sit down and eat. Two out of three employees were very rude and got 2/4 sandwiches wrong.

My fries are cold and burnt. My sandwich is cold. I ordered cheesy bread and it has marinara in it. I haven’t eaten at penn station in a couple years but I was hungry and decided to get something to eat but it’s just cold and burnt.

There is no penn station where I live so I was excited to get a past favorite when I visited the area. I was thoroughly disappointed, the sandwich was blah and the fries were to salty to eat.

Another great experience! The fries are a major draw for as they are just how my Mom made them, and malt vinegar is the cherry on top! My only request, the meat to bread ratio, little more meat for the price would be nice! All in all always delicious!

They’re really yummy and of the two times I’ve been to this location they’ve had little to no customers. The only reason I could think of why they aren’t more busy is the cost. I purchased a regular chicken parm sandwich, medium fries and a drink and the cost was slightly over $20. Definitely on the high side for cost, but I think the food is delicious and worth a try.

I don’t know about the food because I left before ordering. I walked in there, there, one person in the lobby was waiting on food. The line had three staff members and each of them looked at me and not one person spoke to me. After a few minutes I left on the assumption they didn’t want my business.

I love penn station, i always get the chicken cordon bleu, but unfortunately there is one or two girls that when they are on the grill my sandwich looks awful three times now I’ve gotten it and they were on grill that It looks like it was chewed up and then put on my sandwich. I literally eat here everyday if not every other day, makes me want to avoid this location and travel all the way to the etown location just to get a decent sandwich.
