Beans & Brews, Eagle Mountain, Utah, conveniently located on Pony Express Parkway.
Beans & Brews Coffee House has been crafting exceptional coffee since 1993, when the Laramie family opened their first shop near Salt Lake City’s Liberty Park. Inspired by Utah’s mountains, we perfected high-altitude roasting to create smooth, bold flavors that set us apart.
From our roots in Utah, we’ve grown into a beloved community across Idaho, Nevada, Colorado, Missouri, and Texas. At “Beans,” as our friends call us, we’re all about great coffee and even better connections. Regulars, newcomers, and travelers alike are always welcome—stop by and see why we’re more than just a coffee house.
Cheers to good coffee and great company!

This place is amazing. I absolutely love me some beans and brews on a Saturday morning. This place is under new management and yes they do have their days but they really try and I have to give them credit for it. The staff is friendly and the manager chelsea has been more than kind enough to take care of my needs when I can’t make a decision on a drink I want (I obviously always end up getting the Carmel cello) I see new staff and they try to train them the best and most effective way as possible. Give them a chance please. Everyone there is doing their best.

Awesome little coffee shop with lots of flavors to choose from. Food menu is small but has everything you would want and expect. The staff member working was really nice and attentive and made a good cup of coffee. The dining area was kept nice and clean with a few tables to sit at. Would recommend if you are in the area and need a quick bite and drink.

I have never been to a Beans and Brew coffee shop that tries so hard to do the very best for the customer. My biggest complaint has always been with either how sweet they make coffee when I specifically ask for less sweet, and cold sandwiches. This has never been an issue with the Beans and Brew shop in Ridley’s. They do the very best job with their customers!

Well I was waiting to order and the dude didn’t even turn my way. I waited for awhile. I don’t know how the food is bc I couldn’t order. He would let me know why I had to wait like “oh sorry just give me a minute “ nothing.

Let’s start with this girl long black hair name tag “Michelle” with the lowest customer service and ignore me for a solid 5 minutes before turning her back to acknowledge my presence. I asked for a cheese danish, and a muffin and next thing you know, without gloves and the longest black nails, she touched the food. If you’re working in a place that you do food handling, you should not be wearing long nails like that and should be wearing gloves at all times. And you should change your gloves when you touch money as well. My advice is for the manager or whoever cares is to train well for a better presentation to the beans and brews coffeehouse.
