I ordered a Caramel frappuccino yesterday and, as you can see from the menu, the coffee has some color. Why did I receive a white everything? There was no caramel swirl on top on the whipped cream, and I am pretty sure they forgot the coffee and was just milk and caramel syrup with whipped cream because the base of the drink was white.

Recently my husband and I have been having issues with this specific location. Twice now we have ordered very simple drinks and the staff is confused on how to be efficient and to serve customers in the order in which they received them. I ordered a green tea unsweetened its water and tea concentrate nothing more… took 15 minutes to come out . I used to work at Starbucks so I am very familiar with the process and handling of drinks. The customer service at this location is fair. The baristas typically have an attitude when you ask them about where your drinks are, however the cashiers are normally very friendly. We are very disappointed in the service and because of that we will choose a new location. Additionally, my drink was not even filled all the way to the top. Not a huge fan of this location anymore. : (

I had a coffee at Starbucks today. The coffee was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend!

I go here quite frequently. One of the first times last year I had an employee talk about my order as they were making my drink. Today I took a sip of my hot chocolate and a chunk of fuzzy hair came out. It’s going to take a lot of time for me to go back..

Why is it that every time for the last year, the employees are always very confused about pick ups for mobile orders. They are constantly mumbling things about looking for your name in the “system”, which no other Starbuck’s does. They sound incompetent, confused and in the case of one woman in particular, high a hell. On multiple occasions they look you dead in the face and ask if you need a straw for a drink that CLEARLY needs a straw. Like “nah bro, lemme motorboat this drink really quick” like YES I NEED A STRAW!
I will say though, that they do say hi to the doggo more times than not which is fantastic for her ever increasing ego.

This is my first time placing a mobile order in a long time, the reason I decided to do this was because I was at work, I ordered a venti matcha strato frappuccino, with extra strawberry cold foam, when I went to pick up my drink it wasn’t ready they were still making it, as Maddie was making it so she realized she had no strawberry puree for the cold foam, she asked one of her colleagues to get her some from the back, they brought it and put it on top of the counter with no communication that was there, in between that Maddie moved away to make other drinks for the drive-thru, I simply asked how much longer do I have to wait, maddie, replied I’m waiting for the puree, I said she put it on the counter for you, she started making faces and then she asked another colleague to get it done, he seemed New, and said I don’t know how to do that, maddie oroceeded ti tell him how to do it, making him finesh my order, there was no sense of urgency to get my order completed, and on top of that it was wrong, I asked for one splash of classic syrup she did at least three, with the spleander, and I did not get extra cold foam I barely got any because her colleague, she made to finish my drink filled it all the way to the top, this is the last time I will be doing a mobile order and if I can stop anywhere closer to my home to get my Starbucks before coming to work I would do so, this was handled with no care at all, no courtesy at all, and for a Sunday evening where there was no one in there to be treated as if I didn’t matter, and not to even have my drink ready, and it was made wrong I was really upset, because the amount of money spent at starbucks, only to have your order wrong on a a day where someone needs a pick me up, is totally unacceptable. The crew seem to be doing things on their own pace at their own time with no care or customer regard

I consistently receive excellent service at this location—staff members are always courteous, attentive, and efficient. Orders are prepared quickly, and the overall environment is welcoming and well-managed. However, I’ve noticed a recurring issue with the temperature of the coffee, which is significantly hotter than at other locations.
Today, I purchased two coffees, and unfortunately, both lids detached shortly after being handed to me, resulting in burns to my hand. While I appreciate the fast and friendly service, I believe this location should revisit its beverage safety protocols. Adjusting the coffee temperature and ensuring lids are securely fastened would greatly enhance the customer experience and prevent potential injuries.

This Starbucks is filthy! Food crumbs all over floor, tables, chairs, and countertops. Glass windows and doors were smeared and gross. Only five employees who were crazy busy. Noticeable decline of the appearance and service in this store.

If you cannot make a cappuccino correctly do you really think you should be charging 6 bucks for a coffee or even be in business. Didn’t even offer to remake it. Absolutely horrible customer service and the coffee sucks. And this location constantly screws up my coffee.
