Usually pick up mobile orders and ready when I get there. Today I placed a mobile order and got to the location 10 minutes later. Waited in the drive-through line told them I was there to pick up a mobile order when I got to the window, they told me to pull off to the side… I ended up waiting another 10 minutes and went inside and it was sitting there on the back counter. Food is cold and was told I cannot get a refund because the “boss” Patricia is not there. Terrible service

I go to Wendy’s maybe once or twice a month and this was my first time at the location (drive through). I couldn’t even finish my meal before writing this review because the food here is absolutely atrocious. I ordered Dave’s double combo, and a Caesar salad. The salad had the driest chicken I’ve ever been served in my whole life, like it was sitting out. The burger was sour and my Coke Zero had no flavor. I order the exact same thing every time I go. Everything I ordered was old and/or tasted funny. The only thing I could finish were my fries and they were cold and dry before I asked them to make it fresh for me while at the window. The way food is served here is totally unsafe and unacceptable. Simply put it’s not served fresh. I hope and pray I don’t get sick. I would advise for potential health risks not to eat here. FYI i went about 10 min before closing because the one near whole foods was closed. I know some service workers hate that. I would really hate to think I was given bad food on purpose, but I wouldn’t put it past them .

Potholes at entrance from Hempstead turnpike for iver 6 months. Do you have common sense to be running a business? People turning entering your business are traveling at or above 40 mph before turning at entrance. There is no time to check for surface with traffic behind us. You are deliberately trying to cause accident for people.

This location used to be great but it definitely went down hill over the past few months or so. From getting orders wrong, to long waits at the drive thru, and charging for sauce which they used to give for free.
Don’t know if it’s new management or lack there of but they definitely need to right the ship given the proximity of their competitors.

I am rethinking my life choices after this meal. I ordered a chicken sandwich and when I bit into the chicken it was so hard and chewy that it was impossible to swallow. The sandwich was incredibly dry and must have no longer been fresh. I asked to replace the chicken sandwich for chicken nuggets but unfortunately the some of the chicken nuggets had cartilage in them. At least it’s real meat, but the quality of their chicken as well as their tasteless French fries have really went down hill. Such a disappointment, but at least I’ll eat healthier now that I don’t have Wendy’s in my life.

I ordered online, received confirmation of the pickup time, and went to the store to pick it up, only to be told my order hadn’t been placed. I don’t know if it was a problem with the online system or the store staff, but it was incredibly frustrating.

It’s fast food, so it’s not very nutritional but as far as the chains go, and as infrequent as I go, it isn’t all bad. They did mess up my order a bit but not the end of the world, the young college aged guru who works the drive thru 1x a week was super friendly and respectful. A seriously nice change from most doing this often thankless work…

I’ve come to this location a bunch of times and never once have I encountered any issues. The exterior and interior have been updated over the years so it’s nice to dine in if you choose. They also have three kiosks to place your order so you can skip waiting in line. It does get busy during weekdays lunchtime so those kiosks do come in handy. The food tastes pretty much like all of the other Wendy’s.
