Great location and fast friendly service. Papa Gino’s is always very consistent and a great value. The manager at this location has been here a long time. I like the rewards program I just got a free small pizza for my birthday. The cheesy breadsticks are one of my favorite items. Don’t ever close this location it’s the last one remaining in Connecticut.

I went to Papa Gino’s at the East Brook Mall had not been there in quite a while. It was greeted by a very friendly young lady Isabella very positive attitude and polite. Isabella was also making the pizzas that day and they were very good. The crust was nice and crisp like I like it. I had met a friend for lunch and enjoyed our time. It was clean and quiet. Food was good but a few of the slices were all crust on the rustic meat pizza we ordered. The cookies were prepackaged, not fresh and tasted stale. Also took about 50 min to arrive via delivery.

Love this place! Too bad there is only one left in CT, because the food here is great. I especially love the chicken permesan. The chicken parmesan has its own unique taste here compared to other places I have it.

Ok. You’ve successfully shrunk the personal pizza to the point where 3 pepperonis can take up 85% of the surface area. Can we stop with the insatiable greed now please? We’re begging you. Literally.
Edit: stupidly went there again, big mistake. $21 pizza called a large but it’s actually just a medium pizza size from a year ago (I guess they think we won’t notice lol?) with a $3 upcharge for a single tender chopped into pieces for what they call a topping. Thanks to their greed I won’t be returning, and I will no longer speak well of them out in the community. Huberis, greed and short sightedness, have fun in bankruptcy because I know I’m not the first or last customer to not walk through those doors again. It’s a shame too, the mall needs your rent money.
Your employees are lovely, and over worked by the way so please don’t blame them for your actions, owners.

The food here is very good the service was a little slow admittedly it seems more of a dine-in establishment than anything else but I was doing it to go order I thought that would be quicker I was wrong I had gotten their placed an order and then was waiting for about 30 minutes before the food was ready for one large pizza with no one in front of me it’s a good location with ample parking but as it’s in a mall that’s nearly deserted I suspect once the land or building is bought and sold that the few remaining businesses will unfortunately be forced to move which is a shame because my family and I go here at least once a year as it is a bit of a drive from our home
