Been hearing people rave about Wingstop for years and decided to give it a try. Placed an online order and arrived at the correct time only to be told it wasn’t done yet and I needed to wait an extra 10 minutes
I got the original and garlic parmesan. Wings were not crisp. I know it gives you the optional to pay more for “extra crispy” wings but I thought the original would at least have a little bit of crunch. They tasted good but skin was soft and rubbery
I kept hearing people rave about the quality/taste of Wingstop ranch.. it’s just average honestly. Nothing I would come to Wingstop specifically for. I will say the fries were good though (I ordered extra seasoning) They were placed in the bag in an open tray with no lid, so by the time I got home, they were all spilled in the bottom of the bag
Overall it’s not worth the price. $30 for 20 wings (that’s just wings, no side or drink) is outrageous, especially with all other things considered

This place is so FIREEEE. I’m actually kind of addicted and have to go at least once a week. Food is fresh EVERY single time. Just order ahead to not have to wait!! Also everyone who works at this location is the nicest ever, awesome guys. Plus it’s so great to me they have healthier side options besides just fries. 10000% do recommend!

I had really high expectations. We got the wingless combo. I got Hawaiian sauce and garlic Parmesan. The chicken came out lukewarm which was kind of off-putting. The ranch was yummy and helped a bit. The Hawaiian sauce just tasted odd to me. The fries were amazing and hot.
It was decent but not really great. The people working there were super friendly and helpful.
Oh and they don’t have garbages in the dining area which was odd.

New location that is already better than the Springville one. This one didn’t burn the fries and even gave us a few extra wings for free. No delays on the order either.

We ordered our food through DoorDash, and the delivery process was smooth with the food arriving right on time. However, the major downside was the temperature and quality upon arrival. The fries were soggy, and the wings were barely warm. For a $130 order, I expected much better quality and presentation.

Glad they opened in this location. We have been 5 or 6 times, no bad experiences yet. My kids love the Hawaiian and Garlic Parm. On this visit the girl ant the counter also pointed out a better deal/option for what I wanted, which I very much appreciate.

I decide to use the Wingstop app for the first time trying to take advantage of the free delivery on Wednesday’s. Everything works fine place the order and it says through a direct text that it’s was going to be delivered at 8:28pm… as you can see from the photo, at 9:09pm my order was suddenly cancelled with no explanation. I call in to understand what happened and hopefully get my food, I’m first talking to a young man who out of nowhere transfer me to someone else which just decides to hang up after I explain my issue!! I call back again and she answers and starts laughing once she realizes it’s me again, she says she has no idea why it was cancelled and that for me to get a refund I would need to contact them through their website! I ask them to just make my order again and I would pick it up. I pick up my food take it home and would you believe it they were short a couple of wings and seemed like they gave the smallest wings possible not to mention the extremely salty fries. I have worked fast food and understand how annoying it can be but something like this should at least be treated kindly, I work long hours and having to deal with something like this just spoils it for everyone. Will definitely not be buying from here again, and if I were you save yourself the trouble of online ordering and go in person!

Ordered cayyout: classic wings, Voodoo fries, seasoned fries, celery sticks. Wings were not very flavorful, Voodoo fries were missing (received just normal fries), and dips were missing as well. Not the typical experience that I’ve had at other Wingstop locations before, but disappointed with this visit.
