I don’t write reviews, but want others to learn from my experience and avoid going to this location.

We arrived at the drive thru line before 8pm. It took a few minutes to get to order, and after that we sat and waited. And waited. And waited. There was one truck ahead of us. For over 15 minutes we sat there and waited, we couldn’t get out due to how close the cars ahead of us and behind us were to our car. When the man ahead of us received his ONE SINGLE SMOOTHIE after almost 20 minutes of waiting, we pulled up and the woman at the window didn’t even have our order put in. She didn’t say sorry for the wait (there were two workers inside by the way lol), just asked us what we wanted and started putting it in like we were seriously going to sit there and wait for another 15 minutes for one item.

It was one of the craziest most egregious things I have ever experienced at a restaurant. The long wait seemed purposeful to make people leave, as did the not putting in our order. If the staff is lazy and doesn’t want to do their jobs, they could just tell people that ahead of time instead of wasting their night.

We went to Smoothie King down the road after we left and they had our smoothies made in less than five minutes, and it wasn’t as watered down as this Tropical Smoothie location makes their smoothies. We’ll be going there from now on.

Ordered a smoothie and a bowl. The smoothie was definitely not what I ordered but I went through the drive thru and could not turn around. But this is unacceptable and disgusting. I spent money for a bowl that isn’t even supposed to be sold. Today is June 1st. Why is this still on the shelf? Way to expensive to be sold out of date products.

Food is fine. Service is awful. Pretty much every time we come we have to repeat our order because they aren’t paying attention. As someone with allergies, I want to know the person taking my order hears specifically what I’m ordering.

I try my hardest to not complain, but instead show support to EVERYONE who gets up and goes to work everyday because I know it can be hard sometimes. But today was a bit much for me when it comes to this location. I have been ordering from this location for about two or three years now or maybe more and have watched it go down hill to the point where I drive to a whole different location in hope that my experience will be better when THIS location is only 7 to 10 minutes away from me. The issues in the past and up to today (which is supposed to be the star of the show) are the smoothies I have ordered. After noticing the chunks of Spanish when ”TRYING to drink my smoothie” upon the unpleasant taste’ I eventually stopped going to this location up to today. Today I decided to try them again ONLY because I’m trying to watch how I eat and I also was limited on time. In the photo is a description of my order with someone’s” HAIR STICKING OUT OF IT THAT I BIT INTO “TWICE”….and unfortunately the smoothie was still botched again…

This place has gone downhill. Extreme wait times for light customer traffic any day you go and smoothies are watered down now.
They’re not even frozen but more like juice.
Today, the girl in drive-thru told me she could not put part of my smoothie a small cup for my toddler to share like we have for 2 years. I didn’t ask for extra just to share mine.
She had to have her own drink then explained the full menu for smoothies is not available for children only limited menu options.

I had a bad experience at tropical smoothie today, the wait time was ridiculous. After waiting for 20 minutes my smoothie was completely watered down, and just nasty in general.
When I got to the window, the what seemed to be the manger was being rude. She had no customer service at all, it seemed like she hated her job. She was not acting friendly, her language was unacceptable. She was Tall, dark skinned, and had brown braids.
Honestly will not be coming back. This place is never consistent, I hope corporate really comes and help this store.
