Paris Baguettes as a franchise has achieved a gold standard that whichever location you walk into, it’s only the shop’s size and other geographical aspects that change but the quality of what they sell and the customer service always remain high.
I went into this location with my family today just for a slice of strawberry cake and it was good as usual. The place was ambient, the staff were welcoming and the service was good. This is probably the smallest of the PB locations I’ve been to but have absolutely no complaints to make. The parking is pretty large too considering where this bakery is located.

It was a modern day cafe with self serve for a lot of pastry and it also had a real Paris baguette
Taste was very light and fluffy and not so sweet which means it was very good. My girls loved it. My office also gets lot of celebration cakes from this place. All office people like it. See pics and videos for more details. Lot of free parking spots are available.

For the past “4 days” their coffee Expresso machine is broken and I could not purchase my favorite coffee.
Instead, I had to drive 5 miles one way to get my favorite coffee at the next PB location in Edison NJ instead of North Brunswick.
This is not the first time this happens.
and I am not sure if they are ever going to fix it this Expresso machine.
Very disappointing but planning to move my morning coffee purchase to another coffee shop close by me instead.

This place is disgusting. Stay away from this place. This place is extremely dirty and should not pass any sort of safety inspection. Came in Saturday afternoon. First thing I did was pick up tongs and tray to get pastries like I’ve done at other Paris baguettes. Unfortunately, I assumed the tongs were clean and didn’t think to inspect it so when I went to pick up a pastry I wanted, I realize the handle of the tongs and the mouth of the tongs were covered in some light brown cream. I go look at the tongs area and four of the tongs were all covered in this cream. I should’ve left after this first red flag. But no, I decide to give benefit of the doubt and pick up another tong. I proceed to go open the small sliding door for the pastry only to see the handles of the doors extremely dirty. Not just one handle but I look around and it’s most of them. Should’ve been red flag number two. I grabbed my two pastries and ordered a large iced chai latte. Well, the amount of drink I got i might as well have ordered a smaller size because it was not filled to a large cup. It was over an inch below the top. While waiting for the drink, I also went back to the pastry section to see how much worse the conditions could be and the floor’s extremely dirty and the cake display in front has pools of water on the top. If I didn’t know other Paris baguette locations were a million times better than this, I would never go to Paris baguette again. But I will just never come to the north Brunswick Paris baguette.

Literally my favorite place to grab a coffee and a sweet treat. The store is so cute and I love that you can just pick what you want. Staff is also super friendly and I see them nonstop moving. If they’re not making coffee they are cleaning something which I appreciate and makes sense why the place looks so clean . But yea good food and good vibes I’d give it 10 stars if I could

Quick breakfast stop. Surprised to see one deep in NJ. Not as big as the ones I usually go to in Queens, NY. They have good offerings of baked goods and sweets. Very clean, well lit and modern. They have good selections of holiday cakes for sale at the time of this post. Must have mochi donuts.

This place is insane . Loved it . First time to this location … lots of parking . Location wise it was just awesome . . Lots of other restaurants around . Lots of parking available . Went on a Friday evening but still wasn’t that crowded and the service was quick .
There are just some insane collection of cakes and other stuff . They also had coffee , tea etc … price wise it was t that expensive . Normal price .. my kids loved all the cakes and pastries … Nutella pizza was very very good . Rainbow cakes were also good . 5 star for this place . Couldn’t find any negatives about this place . Keep up the good work and service ..

Been going here multiple years. Service for coffee drinks has also been incredibly slow (to the point where I’ve seen people leave after waiting and never receiving their drink). If you order ahead on the app, they won’t begin making your order until you go to the register and ask for it. But the worst was today. Employee did not fasten the lid on my hot coffee and it spilt entirely all over my car and myself ruining my clothes. I’ll go somewhere else from now on.
