My elderly deaf friend and I came here after a visit to the hospital, where my friend had found that she had broken her knee. We came here to relax after a long day in the emergency room and get a bite to eat after not eating all day (it’s 6pm at this point) our server had an attitude the moment she approached the table, when my friend ordered a grilled chicken wrap without the wrap (because of food allergies) and without ranch (again food allergies) and asked her to replace the ranch with a vinaigrette. The server mocked her and rolled her eyes, then huffed off. 20 minutes later she came with our plates, and basically tossed my friends food at her. It did not look appetizing at all. My friend is the sweetest person you’d ever meet and would never complain about bad food, and started to eat it, even though I could tell she hated it. I politely asked the server (who did not come back to see if we were enjoying our meals) if she could take away the chicken wrap and get her a taco salad instead, and take the chicken wrap off the bill. To which she replied loudly and so as to draw the attention of the entire restaurant “SHE’S EATING IT RIGHT NOW!!” I approached her privately later at the register so as not to draw attention even more to my embarrassed friend, and explained that I was not trying to hassle her, but the food she gave her was not appetizing, and i would like her to take it off the bill. She refused rudely again, and when I asked to speak to the owner, she blew me off. Overall it was an embarrassing and frustrating experience, and I was incredibly angered at the disrespect shown to our elders. My friend and i’s age difference is 40+ years, and I know she should be treated with more respect than this blatant blow off and huffy show the server gave us. Wish I had got her name.

This place is awesome. All of the food is fresh. Everything has that homemade feel which you don’t see that often anymore. Prices were really good too! Highly recommend it!

It’s your typical small town congested diner experience. Some people like that, others don’t. Adjust expectations accordingly. The atmosphere was crowded and the servers seemed rushed without a lot of time to dedicate to each patron.
That’s not their fault so I don’t blame them personally but I do knock a star off for atmosphere and service. With that being said, the server never allowed our drink glasses to fall empty which is a sign they are doing their best customer service with the limited resources they have. The servers were great. The owners it seems just need to give them more bandwidth by hiring more of them.
The food was quite good for a diner. Fried provolone, and 5 large chicken tenders with fries while my mother had spaghetti and meatballs along with dessert for less than $30.
A good value and quite filling at a great price.
Looking forward to trying breakfast next time we are there.

The diner is clean upon entry. The food was good and quickly served. Our server Lisa was friendly and quick to return with coffee refills.

Stopped for lunch. Sandwiches were excellent. Update 2/20, stopped in again for a lunch consisting of a Reuben with homemade chips and stuffed pepper soup. Everything was great!

I’ve been here numerous times cereal good, this past time was just awful. The service was not very hands on, at times forgot about us. I had the steak abs cheese omelet. It was not how I imagined it would be. I thought a nice omelette folded over some fresh steak some nice sauteed peppers and onions, and covered with cheese what I ended up getting was about the equivalent of a Steakum, 1 piece of it was cut up and mixed into my egg along with the peppers and onions that were cut in about a 1-inch Cube size. The peppers and onions we’re not cooked and we’re still raw and I did not appreciate the meat abs veggies being mixed in with the egg. To me that is not an omelette that’s scrambled eggs with some meat in it. The home fries were burnt on one side and basically raw potatoes on the other. I’ve been here like I said numerous of times and it was great all those but this last time was just horrid
