Food was soggy and bland. Chicken had ZERO flavor and beef tasted like it had been boiled. Nachos were soggy. Service poor, no refills, cleared tables before you were even done.

I took my wife here for her birthday. The service was terrible and they were quick to come and get our plates before we were done. Then I told our server it was my wife’s birthday and he just said ok. They didn’t come sing to her or anything. The only good thing about this place was the food. I’d recommend getting it to go. Felt rushed the whole time.

Really got the feeling that our server was mad we had the audacity to come dine here. Food was unfortunately inadequate and mostly inedible the tortilla bowl for my taco salad came out scorched for instance. Would not recommend.

The worst service we have ever had. My husband, kids, and I sat for 45 minutes before a server came over to take our order. The host brought us over a basket of chips we got no salsa or bowls we asked for more chips and salsa the host brought more but still no bowls. Once we got our food after 25 more minutes the kids were out of milk and we asked for a refill and the server said they can’t have a refill and my husband and I were so confused and asked why and the server said no refill on milk and we asked well can we buy another and the server said no and we were starting to get mad and the server finally brought the kids more milk at extra charge. We asked for silverware and the server brought back plastic spoons and forks we looked at all other tables everyone else had regular silverware and my husband and I asked for a refill on Pepsi the server brought back 1 so my husband and I had to share and then we eventually had to find the server after we were done eating to ask for our check. It was a horrible experience and we had enjoyed going to this restaurant in the past but with that bad of service we will not be going back there.

Traveled from SC & stopped here on the way back home. I bragged about how good El Azuls was to my husband, although it had been many years since I’d ate there, and the location had changed. The food was good but it wasn’t great. Staff and environment was nice. I probably wouldn’t eat there again before trying somewhere else though. The food wasn’t bad but it definitely wasn’t great either.
