Waited 10 minutes on two hot and ready pizzas I didn’t get a receipt and when I got home and went to eat my cheese pizza it was burnt and when I called they told me they couldn’t do anything about my pizza even though I was not given a receipt

BURNT. THIS LOCATION HAS GONE WAY DOWN HILL. ALWAYS BS MOST OF THE TIME. OWNERS NEED TO IMPROVE IT IMMENSELY. USED TO BE DECENT. NOW JUST SAD. Amber or someone else working burnt the pizza. Name on label. Could be way better with a little more employees who care about good food rather than a paycheck. And owners.

I’ve ate at little ceasers for years and I ordered 3 pizzas with a container of marinara sauce. The sauce was half full and they said it was normal for this location. Any other location gives a full container of it. Paying for a full container you should receive a full container.

It was horrible, sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me, then it being 1pm I ordered the lunch special and they didn’t have any ready. The guy who looked like he slept under a bridge was completely rude stating that he was the manager and his name was Tom but wouldn’t give his last name and told me to contact corporate if I didn’t like it. If he is the manager of that store which I wouldn’t be surprised that is the reason the place is a disaster and they don’t have food available when they are supposed to. If he’s the captain of the ship it no wonder they suck worse than any location I have ever visited. Tom is a horrible manager and should be fired immediately.

Absolutely a negative 10 for this place. In all areas. Just straight negative -10 rating.
Every single time. I also!! tipped $10 for them to cut the pizza well so it would be easier for my kids to pull it apart and it was cut into chicken scratch. I will never go to this location again. I hope others don’t either. It seems everyone else has the same reviews on this location.

They are lazy and don’t answer the phones. The app changed my order to a cheese pizza instead of pepperoni so I tried calling in to get it changed. Well they didn’t answer so I decided to just drive down to this location and try calling from my car. There was 3 people just standing around talking and none of which answered the phone or even acknowledged it. Terrible service and the food was nasty. The pizza was burnt.

Had an awful experience with a worker here yesterday. She forgot the first item we ordered after even reading it back to us correctly. I went in to tell her and she said we never ordered the item. Luckily we were never charged. But I did tell her that we still wanted the item and she said it would be another 7 mins and then we would have to pay for it since we didn’t the first time. So I waited and then came back inside. She said since we didn’t pay for the pizza, they had not even started making it. She was so rude and provided zero help. The whole issue was confusing and frustrating. Left without even getting the pizza because too much time had already been wasted.

Online order, update every step of pizza journey was sent to inbox in real time , pickup portal smooth pick up machine and place was clean , a lot of orders and still had a person to assist, first time online portal pickup and i was impressed. Extra most pizzas were hot and stacked, toppings and appearance, only place image advertised and what you get look the same. Great experience for under $20
