This is a damn shame!! I ordered a shrimp fried rice combo with lemon pepper wings from American deli today. The wings were super small! See attached photo. The wings were no bigger than my finger in width and maybe an inch long.
I will not be a returning customer. This restaurant is taking advantage of those who patronize the business from the community. However, A and D wings and hibachi just a few blocks down the street next to Krogers is much better.

Love American Deli Sweet Chili wing, they are so good, with fries or without. If I get the fries try dipping the fries into the sweet chili sauce, so good. This time I just got the 6pcs wings with no fries. A must to try!

I’ve been going to this location for years and they have the best cooking compared to all locations. Customer service is always great. Clean inside. Today there was a mistake with my order but the owner made it right by upgrading the size of my side of rice for same price. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been coming here for a while as it is close to my home. I’m not sure what’s going on but this week the service has been unacceptable. On Wednesday evening I tried to call in my order but the phone rang and rang with no answer, just went to the voicemail. I went to the restaurant it was open. I notified the manager I called multiple times no one answered and asked if something was wrong with the phone. He was unaware and said he wasn’t sure. Fast forward Friday I’m on lunch break called 8 times before someone picked up. I again let the girl who answered that there must be something wrong with their line. She appeared unaware and unbothered by how it’s an inconvenience to the customers. I still ordered my food because again I’ve been going to this location for years. I repeatedly order to the girl asked her to please make sure my wings are extra extra extra crispy. She said sure. I get there she puts 1xcrispy and tried to tell me that’s what I ordered. I told her I said 3x’s crispy. She responds oh well they will have to cook your order again very nonchalantly. I had to cancel my order. The staff does not care about the customers and I will not be spending my money at an establishment that inconvenience their customers

I told them that they got part of my online order wrong because I wanted chicken tenders tossed in honey hot sauce, but they gave me plain tenders instead. The request for honey hot tossed tenders was also on my paper receipt. They took the tenders back and tossed them in hot sauce instead of the honey hot sauce that I verbally asked for. Not only did they give me the wrong sauce on my tenders, but the flavor of the tenders left a really weird aftertaste in my mouth that made all of the tenders inedible. I haven’t ordered from this location in about a year because they also messed up my last order for a Reuben sandwich that had a strange, nearly inedible flavor as well. I have never had this problem from the other American Deli on 5190 Old National Hwy.

The wings taste likes its either been fried twice or precooked and the Hot wing sauce was marinated in the wings and not freshly tossed in wing sauce. My orders have been coming like this for the past 7 orders mayb , dont recommend.

The usual skimpy and small portions you can expect from American deli, and the prices are far beyond the amount of food they give you. Wings barely had sauce on them and were super small. The fried rice was good, but they forgot to put onion in it.

I literally got here at 10:39 on Saturday fight night to be rudely told they stop taking orders 20 minutes before they close. If your business closes at 11 and I get here 20 minutes before you need to honor the time you close. Terrible business practices.

Had the burger and fries here, it was decent. Folks behind the counter seemed to care more about their personal conversation than customer service but it is what it is. Not a bad place but not my first pick in a place to eat.
