Amazing experience! We came later in the evening and the staff was so nice!!! A nice lady named Ingrid(?) took our order and it didn’t take long to come out at all. The food was hot and fresh. We also heard at one point it was Ryan’s birthday. Happy birthday Ryan!!! This team seems great and like they all support and love each other. 10/10 will be back.

Hands down the best chicken I’ve had at Canes. And I’ve been eating there for years
The chicken was juicy, crispy, hot, and cooked to absolute perfection. You can tell whoever was back there on the fryer knows exactly what they’re doing — that level of consistency doesn’t happen by accident.
The staff was just as impressive. From the moment we walked in, the whole team moved with a clear rhythm and sequence — everyone knew their role, communication was tight, and the service was fast and smooth without feeling rushed.
Big shout-out to the entire crew, and especially whoever cooked the chicken — it was outstanding. This place runs like a well-oiled machine, and it shows in both the food and the experience.
We’ll absolutely be back.

I usually love coming to this location. The staff is always on point. I understand no one is perfect, mistakes happen but unfortunately I don’t think that either of what it is. I order my same order I always do. Im missing my sauces in my whole order. The main event!! Canes with no cane sauce. That and I don’t get the slaw I get more frys but they hardly even gave me an order of Fry’s that come with the meal. Do they think I need to eat less I don’t know. hehe Super disappointed because I don’t live close and they don’t pick up the phone to let them know. To do better. we Go for the special sauce. Lol

**Still no response from Canes.** I went here on 5/23 and ordered a Caniac Combo which is supposed to be 6 pieces. When I got home and opened the box there were only 4 pieces. Two of the pieces were really small; small enough that I feel they should not count as a chicken strip at all. With tax, I paid almost $20 bucks, which is one of the most expensive meals I can think of from a fast food place. For 20 bucks I feel like there is no room for skimping here.
I reported the issue on their customer service website and never got a response.
Portion on the fries was also pretty weak.

Decided to visit this location because it was closer to home. Didn’t want to do drive thru, so we dined inside. There were a lot of teenagers in there. Not just the staff but the guests. It was a Friday night, and it felt like we were in middle school. Service was slow, and several times when I went to the counter for help, I had to wait for someone to actually pay attention even tho they were like five feet from me. One particular young lady was really helpful. I didn’t ask her name, but she was very apologetic. This may be the perfect hangout for kids during the summer, so I would recommend for adults to migrate up north. Food was on point. Hot and delicious.

OK let’s start off by saying this is just chicken strips, so nothing over the top, but what they do, they do well, extremely well! The reason for the four stars is this is definitely not a five star type of place. Other than that excellent food, glad I started off at this location because it is so much slower and less hectic than the location off of I 25 and 136th.
I think I will make this my new go to location, the other one is way too busy for me!

Foster was absolutely amazing! His service was incredible he is such an asset to the team here. He was sweet, attentive and accommodating. But the girl in the purple shirt and blond pony tail who was training someone today was extremely rude, she loudly raised her voice at other employees infront of us and had a truly terrible attitude.

We came here today for lunch and Foster greeted us with enthusiasm and positivity he was such a pleasure. He had a great attitude and even complimented my last name. It’s nice to see someone who takes pride in their job. I also noticed he was helping a hearing impaired customer in a quick manner when the tall lady in the purple shirt and blond pony tail who was training a young girl proceeded to raise her voice at him when he bumped into her. Her attitude was not professional and caught us off guard. She should not have raised her voice like that in front of customers over something so little.

Horrible Sweet tea for being a place known for sweet tea it’s never good. It taste like metal. You could tell they never take the time to make it high quality. We also have gotten gallons of sweet tea had to dump it out.

Great place to eat. Good food, but their chicken strips have gotten much smaller by almost half, since when they first opened up. Still good, but the value is slowly slipping away. With what you pay and what you get for that money.
