Came here tonight and was disgusted. The fries were barely cooked. I mean look at the seasoning threw on there. My daughter got maybe 5 fries with her meal so I gave her one of my chicken strips. They gave us a single sauce for 4 meals. And when asked for more sauce, they told us they were in the boxes when they most definitely weren’t. The lady threw our food on the counter. When we walked up to even order, the kid at the front looked at me and said alright. No “what can I get you” nothing, just “alright” not impressed and won’t be back.

I am leaving this review in response to a recent situation involving store leadership communication.

A member of management publicly acknowledged past shortcomings at this location and outlined specific, constructive steps being taken to improve service, food quality, and customer experience. The message was transparent, respectful, and focused on accountability and improvement, something customers often ask for but rarely receive.

Seeing that type of openness followed by disciplinary action sends a concerning message. Honest communication and customer-focused leadership should be encouraged, not discouraged, especially when the intent is to rebuild trust and improve operations.

Because of how this situation was handled, I am reconsidering my support for Zaxby’s at this time. I hope the company reflects on how transparency and initiative from store leadership are treated moving forward.

Zaxbys chicken is subpar anyway.

I literally came in last minute for a catering order and they took really great care of me!! Despite a last minute order. Not to mention the customer service was phenomenal!!! Very affordable price too for what I was doing for our Church Men’s group!

I ordered with the curb side pick up option. NEVER AGAIN! I waited 40 minutes for my order. They were by no means busy. When my food finally arrived and I mentioned how long I’d been waiting the lady said they only got the check in 15 minutes ago. No apology for the wait…nothing. She just said, “Have a nice day.” Seriously…never again!!

Going through helping people out and picking up their orders for their homes been in there several times always had a issue.
One way or the other, it’s like pulling teeth to make sure my orders are complete
I let one lady staff member know today.Around one twenty five that I was going to repeat the order back to her as I looked through it.And she gave me a sarcastic, “okay ya!” as if she really didn’t care and I was going to get what I got as soon as I got my order that, yeah, made sense.I was missing two drinks, egg rolls, and I think that was it.But it would not have pleased.My customer for me to deliver it an incomplete.This is not satisfactory do better. And I got ice cream.They got ice cream with the order.And it was almost melted by the time I picked it up

I had to ask them to cook my food fresh. The cashier was nice but had to do everything up front and they were a bit busy. The chicken sandwich was good but I don’t care for the fries. The drink machine was filthy and out of ice and drinks

wow mediocre at its best. no tea then ordered a water and coke for wife and kid both came with no ice. premium price couldn’t careless service.

Waited for food to cook only to get the food and see we got the wrong food. parked and went in and got a refund. where the worker told me inside the ice machine was broken so they know its broke and dont tell customers that are ordering at drive thru hoping they will just take a hot drink and be happy they got to pay full price for half service.

I haven’t been able to get a meal in the drive thru without waiting at least 20-30 min. I was giving them another try but not again . The owner may need help training or finding good help . The owner may be the problem but either way they need help . I will not return .
